Dalco Contractors provided exceptional service. When we called and described the issue we were having the owner Brook knew exactly what the problem was without even seeing our roof. Now, that’s the kind of service you don’t get nowadays. It’s always the……..WELL, we’ll have to come out and take a look before we can provide an estimate on what needs to be done. First Time having to replace a roof and first time submitting an insurance claim (the latter will make sense later). I honestly couldn’t put into words how my experience was, but there are a few things I can point out that will hopefully outline Dalco Roofing and more specifically the owner Brook.1. I’m a younger homeowner and I’m always keeping a close ear and watchful eye to when I think my naivety is being taken advantage of. With Dalco (specifically Brook), you’ll receive follow ups that are genuine and knowledgeable. Brook went more than out of his way, especially outside of business hours, to answer any and all of my questions. I’ve called numerous company’s/contractors, and never once did I feel as a #1 customer as I did with Brook2. The installation was as (if not more) than promised. His team showed up on time, did the job, and spotlessly cleaned up everything. I mean everything!!! They got every loose piece of trash, shingle, and nail! Not to mention our Leaves!!! They had just fallen from the trees during the week, and his team raked them and took care of them. I love yard work, but I can’t say raking leaves falls into that.3. Insurance… I’m naive to the entire process and brook took everything off my plate and walked me through it. Difficult process and an odd one, so I’m sure I’m not the only one. I would talk with my agent and they reiterated everything brook said without them knowing what he said. He helped me every step of the way and I couldn’t be more thankful.TLDR: Definitely recommend

Dalco Contractors & Roofing were very prompt and completed every job as promised. They replaced the roof, a storm door, a garage door, and some ceilings inside the house. From the beginning the owner, Brook, was completely communicative. He worked patiently with me and the insurance company and was never unreachable. He went out of his way to make sure the roof replacement and everything else was done correctly. Two years after they did a complete shingle replacement, I'm glad to say that Dalco Contractors & Roofing is awesome.A few days ago after the massive rainstorm in the Dallas area, some water got through. I called Brook and it turned out to be a simple fix on the way the gutters were configured. His top man Humberto came quickly to modify the gutter, added some flashing and looked over the rest of the roof, doing minor touchup repairs on shingles and vent boots.Humberto also helped me install some VentGuards that I never got around to doing until today.All taken care of so fast with one phone call, at no charge.These days you're lucky to find companies like this, run by people who really care.

I really appreciated Brook's integrity in telling me that my roof did NOT need to be replaced following a hail storm ("There is no one who wants to replace a roof more than me, but..."). At the same time, he confirmed that the ridge/hip shingles on my mom's house next door did need to be replaced, and his guys did a great job on that in a very timely fashion. Mr. Brooks hands down is an awesome man. He provided me with the process of what was needed for my roof. I did not get an uneasy feeling about him and everything he said was done. I even through out some questions at him and his response was on point. I am not a roofer but he knows what he is doing. A storm was coming through and he made sure the roof was completed before the storm and it was, I was amazed that it was done when I pulled up in my driveway they were leaving for the day. I called Mr.Brooks to assist with a new roof unfortunately after 17yrs our insurance company did not want to pay for all the damages the roof had taken over time . We spoke to Mr.Brooks about the issue , my parents decided to just pay out of pocket for it .
