Great experience from beginning to end with this roofing company. I have had several roofers out in the past and none of them have had the knowledge that these roofers showed. They were able to identify the problems with the roof without me having to even explain to them what was going on. They helped redesign the roof so it was able to work properly and (Without Leaks)!!! I would recommend them to anyone that is having problems with their current roof or even if someone needs a new roof for a new build. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Too many to list, but I had my roof installed and the work and craftsmanship is terrible after they installed my roof a second time. There is oil canning everywhere!!!!During the install there was no quality control or inspection of the work. Trash and materials everywhere. When I brought this up to Cody, he agreed that he dropped the ball and would be changing the team lead so he could be available for quality control moving forward.I’ve been waiting for Cody and his Dad to respond back to my concerns after 3 months. I have not heard back after multiple documented texts and calls. I still have no resolve, however, I have plenty of pictures and documents that will prove my concern is valid.Stay Clear of these Guys!!

We got this business reference from our neighborhood FB community when we posted we are looking for someone. They had wonderful results and he came in at very good price when compared with the 3 bids I got. Not the typical GC with another 40% markup. I will also say his disposition put me over the top. Great guy, professional, believable. He also followed through with sealing my skylights when it wasn't even his work. We went from a typical roof you see on most houses to a dark metal roof that matched our new door. It changed the entire curb appeal of the house. At that time he informed us that our roof was poorly installed and this was confirmed by several other companies over the past few years. When we decided to invest in replacing our metal roof, we called Richard to get a quote. We are extremely happy with the outcome and glad we didn’t wait any longer as they did find two areas of rot that they replaced. We were looking to have the shingle roof on our detached garage reroofed in standing seam. The first bid may have been $200 less that what DallasMetalRoofs (DMR) quoted us, but it was for thinner 26 gauge corrugated with tar paper (and corrugated requires replacing the fasteners about every 4-5 years). Another bid was the exact same price as DMRs, but they were only interested if we also bought $20k in solar panels. DMRs guys did a phenomenal job. They used 24 gauge galvalume and the old-school fastening, there are no exposed fasteners that need to be replaced periodically, they used a long lasting underlayment, no caulk was used to seal any part of the roof, and I am convinced it will last 40-50 years.Service: Roof installation

I selected Dallas Metal Roofs after several intensive web searches as I needed a metal roof specialist to replace my 20-year old shingle roof. Initially, I was bit skeptical if such an approach would work as I only searched online and didn't invite any other bidders. Upon reading the reviews, however, I decided to take a chance. I am so glad that I did. The new 24-Gauge Galvalume bare metal standing seam roof looks beautiful. Many thanks to Richard the owner and Johnny the crew leader for making this project a great success!Richard is great to work with. He is not only knowledgeable but also personable while being professional. I am an engineer by trade and had a long list of questions & concerns prepared in advance. Richard was always happy to answer & address them every time when I called or texted him.I am especially impressed by Johnny for his hard work, attention to details and quality of craft. They started each day early, worked until evening & always cleaned up after themselves. After several days of rain delays, they worked on Saturday and Sunday. I felt that Johnny treated the house as if it were his own. His quality of work is amazing. The roof was only completed today but I've got several compliments already on how good it looks. When we built our house we got three quotes for metal roofs, one from Dallas Metal Roofs and two others. The other two came back much higher because both were trying to sub out the work to Dallas Metal Roofs. Dallas Metal Roofs put a standing seam metal roof on my mobile home and it's fantastic! They answered the phone immediately when I called and came out quickly to give me a bid. Richard was a pleasure to speak with and he's a very straight-shooting guy. They did quality work and finished the job quickly and cleaned up my yard. I'm very happy with my new roof. They also gave it a LIFETIME warranty. I mean really, I don't see how you can lose with them.Other roofers either wouldn't even come out, missed appointments, and in general just didn't act like they cared about earning my business.

Absolutely, 100% thrilled with our new metal roofing on both our main house and shop. Cody with Dallas Metal Roofs was fantastic to work with every step of the way. He made several trips out to our house to bring samples and help us with our final decision on color and form. We went with the Berridge upgrade of Champagne(wife's decision) on our main roof and it looks fantastic. We love it and the neighbors have sent many compliments as well. It isn't too shiny from straight on but when the sun is low the standing seams catch it and look gorgeous. Be sure to ask Cody to show you the different forms you can get. We went with three striations and a relief on both sides of the channel. The end result is a stunning finished roof.Finally, be sure to ask for Johnny as your installer. He is the hardest working man in roofing and his crew will do a great job for you. Fantastic workmanship.

In the 1990s I was the National Director of Sales & Service for Dallas based luxury retailer Neiman Marcus so I know standards of excellence. It is ridiculous what others told me regarding my existing metal roof & what I learned from Richard of Dallas Metal Roofs.I tried photos but my leaks on the old metal roof per the skylight were a total mystery to others Or an opportunity to scam me; telling me alternately that I needed parts of the roof repaired, a new skylight, etc etc etc. Instead he modified the skylight installation & in doing so kept me from making costly errors until I replace the roof properly. This was THE best money I have spent in years.There is NO way I will consider any other company wherever I replace my metal roof. I trust these people totally & their metal roof work is beautiful. We recently had our roof redone due to hail damage. We decided to go with a metal roof. We had tons of quotes both composition and metal and we were most pleased and impressed by Dallas Metal Roofs. We had our roof done at the end of the year, so with the holidays and rain we had, it didn't quite keep to the original schedule that was initially planned, but once they got started they were able to get it done in the time frame we had discussed.It did rain very heavily half way through the project, so much so, that it saturated the underlayment that they had put on and we found that the roof had minor leaks in multiple locations. There were multiple water spots in various rooms in the house. As soon as we let them know about the leaks, Cody sent Johnny out to add extra layers of underlayment (which helped) and they got to work again as soon as the rain stopped since there was more rain in the forecast for later in the week. As soon as the roof was completed they fixed the water spots and did an excellent job.The roof looks incredible and I am really happy with how they worked with us on getting it done. I love that it has a lifetime warranty. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone interested in a metal roof.

Cody, Felix and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our old shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof. The roof looks fantastic! These guys specialize in metal roofs, and I could tell they had the experience and resources necessary to install it right the first time.Communication was great from start to finish (which was literally 2 1/2 weeks from estimate to completion!). They also went the extra mile to get our roof finished before some rain in the forecast.The 24 gauge galvalume roof system with their excellent craftsmanship made this an easy choice over installing another shingle roof. Given their lifetime craftsmanship warranty, established 40+ year (and counting) service life of galvalume, energy and insurance savings, I expect this roof to be a great investment, too.
