Design Roofing is a best-in-class company. From the beginning, John Piper was intimately involved and personally walked us through the initial inspection, filing our claim, the adjuster's inspection, the estimate review, and the work. He even arrived early the day of the roof repair (complete roof installation with upgrade) to make sure everything was ready for when the crew arrived. The repair was super fast and the new roof looks amazing. The company also supervised the repair of water damage inside the home and the replacement of a few window screens. Great roofing contractors. As a commercial general contractor, I really don't know anything about residential Asphalt singles. These guys really know their products. The smoothest process I've ever had when dealing with my house. Not only that I had 2 of their guys out the day of install watching the installers, checking their work and making sure they did a great job cleaning up. With dogs that's important, don't want an old roofing nail in the dogs paw. I highly recommend calling these guys out.

Design Roofing's business practice is what law enforcement and insurance industry described as scam and insurance fraud scheme, " Contractors requiring upfront payment for services, then failing to perform the agreed upon repairs." To get around the insurance company's scrutiny, they would file fraudulent invoices even being told repeatedly to provide legitimate documents. Stay away from them.

Dalton was a great project manager and very easy to talk to. He walked me through the different steps that needed to be taken to prepare for roof inspection to roof install to payments and all the paperwork in between. Any line items I had questions on he answered right away and made working with the insurance company a breeze. We recently had our roof damaged in a hailstorm. At first we were inundated by roofers wanting to inspect our roof. Design roofing representatives came by and were very courteous and professional. They offered a free inspection and took pictures of the damage for my review. I was contacted by Rob Ferguson of Design Roofing who took charge of the job. Rob told me about Design Roofing, how they did business, the materials they used, the process of replacement, and a general scope of work, I was very impressed with his courtesy, honesty, respect, professionalism, knowledge and listening skills. After some due diligence I agreed to have Design Roofing do the work. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and most of all very appreciative of Rob Ferguson’s involvement throughout the process. Rob communicated well with me every step of the way-giving constant progress reports and updates. On the day agreed upon for the replacement there was a threat of a rain storm in the afternoon. Rob, good to his word, had his crews tart work that morning promptly at 6am and by 1:15 they were finished. Rob was present and actively involved during the entire process, taking pictures and providing close oversight of the project. There were never any disputes and Rob was cooperative with all my wishes. I am very satisfied with the job and have recommended this company to several of my friends and neighbors. From start to finish my wife and I were very impressed with our general contractor Arthur and the guys at Design Roofing & General Contractors. Arthur made the process as smooth as possible, from contacting the insurance company on our behalf and meeting with the insurance adjuster to assist with the damage assessment. Our roof looks amazing and we have gotten so many compliments on the new upgrade. The roofing crew did an excellent job with taking care of our property while on the job site. We had some wind damage that blew three shingles off our roof, and we needed it fixed ASAP because we were about to list our home for sale. Most of the other roofing companies I called shrugged us off or never got back to us because it is such a small job. But Isaac at Design Roofing was great to work with. They helped us decide on color for the roof and gutters, replaced both roof and gutters, added a cricket behind the chimney, fixed rot above bay window, and fixed gutter placement to function properly, without obstructing window view.
