Highly recommend DTX. Respectful, professional and puts the customer first. I had a hail claim that was a lot more than just roof damage. DTX was able to do all repairs and worked with insurance company to make sure the same quality of material and workmanship was approved. Jackson Oliver, VP of DTX called to make sure I was completely happy with the work. I had more praise than concern, but he flew out to Colorado, met with me personally and made sure all my concerns were addressed to my complete satisfaction! I did not call DTX with any concerns, Jackson called me. That’s customer service done right, and I will only use DTX in the future.

Dtx Roofing helped me replace my roof and get my entire siding approved with code upgrades. The process was very smooth. They were great with communicating with my insurance. Not only did they do my roof, but my solar company went out of business so they detached and reset my solar panels as well. No leaks or problems with the roof. This company will be my contractor for all my construction needs! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Wow!!! I gave this young company a chance and they went above and beyond for me. They fought the insurance to pay for more items that weren’t listed. They also fixed 3 sheets of decking for free. Which was very nice. I was denied twice by my insurance company and they really fought with them to get it replaced for free.I really recommend them even though they are a new company. They did a fantastic job!

I remain totally impressed with all the members of DTX. Every step of the process was explained before the work started. Dennis was a great help to us as well, he was always there to answer our calls when we had any questions or concerns which made the process that much easier and stress free! The crew was very professional and showed up on time. When they left for the day, it was like they had never been there, all the trash had been removed! We love our new roof, highly recommend them!

Alonzo Alvarado did an amazing job on my roof replacement. I have a flat roof on my home and they replaced my outdated Mod Bit roof with TPO. I knew nothing about the insurance process and he handled everything. The best part is my new roof is very well insulated and I have seen my energy bill drop significantly ever since I had my roof replaced.

Unresponsive and unprofessional. Completed an estimate and opened a claim with our insurance, then ghosted us for weeks without any response. Does not do what they say they will do. Appears they don’t actually want business or to treat people well.What a waste of time on our end. Really bugged by this lack of professionalism.

Jackson Oliver was very professional and thorough when providing details of the service I was needing for my roof. I was able to get information quickly from him every time I had a question or concern. I was even able to get scheduled for a full roof replacement THE NEXT DAY!! They worked quickly and even took down my old Christmas lights, as a courtesy, when I asked them to do so. I would not recommend this company. Their sales rep in Mississippi was quick to have me sign a contract but suddenly unavailable to give any updates on when the project will be accomplished. There’s leftover debris (including and not limited to a variety of nails)from the roof replacement. I’ve contacted the individual a few times with little to no progress on the debris removal.

After severe weather, I had damage to the roof which caused extensive water damage to my bedroom a few months ago. After doing my research, this company stood out the most. I called and I’m so glad I did. They worked with my insurance company and were able to make corrections to the claim increase the money I was receiving for my claim. After the hail storm here in Central Texas, we had a ton of contractors storm our property trying to get our business. None of them seemed to care about what we just undergone, except for Trey and DTX. They worked with us during this stressful time to make it as easy as a process as possible. Trey worked with us every step of the way, day or night, holiday or even while he was on vacation. They do quick and quality work. I want to share what a positive experience I had with DTX Roofing team. While I was nervous at first dealing with all the roofing company's knocking on my door, the DTX Roofing team was honest and kept there word on everything. There crew showed up at 7 am Saturday morning and did not leave till 9 pm that night only to come back Sunday morning to finish up. My gutters were put on a few days later.I highly recommend this company.
