Richard at Eclat roofing has been a super find for us. We have an existing concrete tile roof that needs maintenance. If we lose or break a tile or have a problem, they always jump right on it and get it fixed for us without fail. They even repaired a couple sections of damaged soffit two stories up. Only roofer I will ever use - very professional, thorough, and trustworthy. I wish I had known Richard/Eclat at the time we were building our house 10 years ago - we wouldn’t be having roof repairs now! We didn’t realize our roof was in such sad shape. We have concrete tiles, but one of Eclat’s project managers literally traversed under our entire roof and found multiple area that had rotted decking due to slow leaks.I can now finally sleep in peace and not worry about possible leaks. Richard, the owner of Eclat, really took care of us when we had a bad leak in our ceiling. Was very responsive to phone calls and messages, and pushed the insurance company to work through the claim faster which alleviated a lot of our concerns. The work looks great and they did it very fast! Highly recommend him to any job you have!

I would like to highly recommend Eclat Roofing for repair work on any Tile roof. I was very impressed with the sales person the first time he visited our home to evaluate what needed to be done. He advised me that a crew leader would contact me to thoroughly investigate what needed to be done. Crew leader came out , introduced himself, ask to get in the attic and on roof to see what problems there might be. This gentleman presented himself very confidently which gave me an assurance he knew what he was doing. He looked at the roof and indicated to me what corrections needed to be done to insure that my roof would to be in good condition for years to come. He returned with his crew the next day and absolutely did all that he said he would do and did it in a very professional manner. They cleaned everything up and thanked me for my business. In the event I ever need any additional work I will definitely call Eclat Roofing.

Our roof was badly hail damaged in the summer of 2016. We also had an unrelated leak that appeared to be from a portion of the roof. Eclat discovered the leak was from a window and fixed that leak as part of the the roof replacement job without charging us extra. The roof replacement was done when we were out of town, but everything looked fine upon our return. They clean up job of the old roof was good. The pricing was competitive and we were treated fairly (even well) during the whole process. I am glad to recommend Eclat roofing to our friends and neighbors.

Due to hurricane Laura, our Lake Charles home took quite a beating. The roof was demolished. We called Eclat Roofing. They were able to come out and inspect the roof the next day.
