I had a great experience with Foster Exteriors. This was a huge relief to have a trustworthy and reliable contractor after the significant number of incompetents I’ve dealt with in other contractors over the past few years. Logan was knowledgeable and in regular communication with me so I knew exactly what to expect. His team was timely and respectful with installation and I am very happy with the end product. After installation, something I did not expect was how quiet my house was. The new windows look great and really make a difference. A big thanks to Logan and his team.

My home desperately needed its windows changed and I spent a long time researching window companies in the area and getting quotes. Foster was competitively priced but what really sold me was the fact that their installers work for them- they’re not third party contractors.The installation for my 2 bedroom home began at 8 AM and finished at 2 PM. They hauled off the old materials and were careful to put down tarps and contain any mess from the installation. I didn’t find any shards of glass like other customers complained about with different companies, and there were minimal debris. The installers were really kind and experienced. Plus Logan came onsite at the end of the job to inspect and answer any questions—something that many other companies don’t do.My windows look great and I’m really happy I went with this company. If you are in north Texas and need new windows they are definitely the company to go with. And you get to be happy knowing you supported a local family business!Attached are before and afters of my windows. I feel like I live in a totally different home.

Foster exteriors just completed a job for me.I now understand why they have a 5-star rating. The quality of their work is second to none. They came in, did exactly what they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. Just take a look at the photos attached. I opted for the double pane low-e glass with vinyl trim. The new windows look so good, now I'm going to have to paint the room.

We looked at a few different window replacement companies. The prices and quality varied greatly. Fosters wasn't the lowest priced but they were very competitive. In my opinion they offer a good (upper middle level) window at a very reasonable price. It isn't the absolute best but I also didn't have to take out a second mortgage to pay for them.After talking to a home owner that had one of the lower priced/quality windows (from a competitor) installed for several years ago and was having issues with them and having to replace them now and since my wife and her Mom had previously used Foster to replace the windows at her last home and had a good experience with them we choose them.The installation went well. They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and did a good job with the install. We are hoping to see a big improvement on our electric bill. I know our AC isn't running as much even with these 100+ degree days we have been having lately. We also don't hear outside noise as much either. I am glad we pulled the trigger on the replacement windows and have been very happy with the level of service from Fosters.Service: Window installation

Amazing service, easy to work with, best home upgrade experience I've had in a long time. Logan was informed, patient, and extremely responsive to my texts which made it easy to stay informed during our production wait for new windows. We had one window where we changed the design and he had great ideas and was willing to figure it out with us.Install crew was FANTASTIC. We were looking at replacing our windows with newer, more energy efficient options, since they were new to the house back in the 70s. We found Foster Exteriors after it has been recommended at a number of different review sites, so we made a point to have them out when getting estimates for replacing our windows.Logan came out, and impressed us with how polite and professional he was. He was very knowledgeable, and the product he showed was good. We ultimately went with Foster. The team who did the work worked well and fast, and were done in less than a day (the estimate was a day and a half). I'm so happy with our new windows. Foster Exteriors worked with us to determine the best windows for our house and tested for lead paint -- big selling point for me as our house was built in the 50s. The installation crew was professional, efficient and installed all 12 windows in less than a day. . They also cleaned up so thoroughly after the installation that there was really nothing for us to do except move the furniture back. This was my second installation with Foster's. They did an outstanding job on the back 1/2 of my house about 2 yrs ago and installed new windows in the front half just a few weeks ago. The installation went with any issues, The installers (who are a family) were professional, on-time, cleaned up inside and outside, took the old windows and you would never know they were there. The windows are terrific. Logan, the owner, is easy to work with AND IN MY OPINION THE COSTS WERE FAIR AND REASONABLE. Worked with Logan Foster and had a great experience from start to finish. The quote came in under any other company that came out and for the same exact product. They under promised and over delivered, got my windows installed in less than a day on a standard 1 story home. I had a couple minor flaws with my windows and they were quick to get them fixed. Foster Exteriors replaced every window in our house. Logan was great the whole way and still messages me back when I have questions about something or how to care for/clean the windows. We got a few quotes back in October 2020 and we went with Foster. The price was in the same range as the other quotes we got done AND (this was the important part for us at the time) they were able to get our windows installed in about three weeks time. Other places were quoting us 2 months out.The install team was quick and professional and I barely had to touch up any paint in the window frames. Logan discussed the entire process with me and was an awesome communicator! I knew what was going on with my windows every step of the way. The day of installation was magical. They started early and got all my old windows removed and replaced so quickly. The caulk work is superior! And they cleaned up everything and took it away (hopefully to be recycled). They took 2 days to replace about 20 custom-shaped windows with NT vinyl windows, and the results were great. Will definitely call them again when I need. We weren't thrilled about replacing windows in what is, for us, a "new" house. It's a big expense. Because we are new in Dallas county, we checked reviews in the Better Business Bureau to find a contractor who pleased most or all of his/her customers. Foster Exteriors had excellent reviews, so we called and scheduled an estimate. Logan, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Miguel and his sons who installed the windows were fabulous. They worked as a team and in two days installed 29 windows -- all very precisely. And very very cleanly! We are very happy with having operable energy-efficient windows! Thank you, Foster!

We had a great experience with Foster Exteriors Window Company! I contacted Logan by email with my window measurements and he gave me an idea of the cost range pretty quickly to determine if they would be within my budget. We then scheduled a time for him to come out to measure and review window options & final pricing, etc. I shared with him that I was concerned about installation & quality issues and how they would be managed during and after installation. He was able to assure me of the credentials and experience with Miguel and his installation crew. Sure enough the installation was a very smooth process with no issues. Miguel and his team were extremely nice, professional and very respectful of me and my home in every way. They were fast, efficient and the workmanship was very good! Caulk lines were clean, straight and I didn't have to do any touch-up painting after they left. My flower beds did not get demolished or trampled either -- they did great work! All debris and trash was hauled off and the only thing I was left with were beautiful new windows! I highly recommend Foster Exteriors Window Company!

Foster Exteriors Window Company had previously performed a superb installation of 19 new vinyl windows in our home. Recently two windows were badly scratched during a roofing installation and our first call was to Logan at Foster Exteriors. Logan was very professional and prompt. Could not recommend Foster Exterior Windows more! I researched windows and installers for over a year (got 7 quotes) until I decided on Logan and his his team. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and their work was very high quality.I went with NT windows which I am very happy with.
