I purchased my home over 5 years ago. It is a well built older home that had one issue. On days of heavy rain water would leak into the kitchen though the chandelier from the roof. I had two roofing contractors come out and identify the problem one of which was the roofing company that installed my new roof less than 7 years ago. However, neither one of them truly fixed the issue. So, I contacted Jimmy Porch and he came right out. He not only identified the issue but truly fixed it once and for all. His team removed and replace the wood trim, metal guard, some shingles, padding and old wood. What really took the cake was they went a little further to make sure to also paint the next wood piece so that all of it flowed evenly. Now I didn't even ask them to do that however, these are actions made by true professionals that believe in excellent service and quality work. If quality work and piece of mind knowing a job is well done when it comes to your roofing needs...you will be hard pressed to find a better roofing company. I strongly advise you to reach out to Jimmy Porch and his team. I must say they are truly the good guys in this industry!

Working on my roof as a 3rd party contractor, I met and had my Myriad Roofing & Construction, LLC "experience" as a recipient of a grant from the Regional Black Contractors Association or RBCA. This nonprofit collaboration of construction industry professionals, provided a new roof for my family's house in South Dallas at no cost to me. Unlike many programs based on financial need, every aspect of my Myriad "experience" was everything but a "hand out" or "charity." My consultation with Mr. Porch brought me into contact with a man of integrity who humbly expressed his delight to work as a 3rd party contractor. He encouraged me to be confident in my selection of roofing materials, color, etc., making his input available, but never suggesting that he needed to have decision-making power since I was not the person writing the check to pay for the job! In fact, the workers he sent to do the job were equally respectful. I never once was treated as "charity case" or as if as the homeowner that my satisfaction was not their priority. The roofers arrived exactly at the time Mr. Porch had given me; and, they finished within that workday as he had promised. Other than a gorgeous new roof along with embellishments they provided that were not even in the official contract, the only indication that our property had undergone a major home repair was a single, yard sign that Mr. Porch had asked me to post!
