Please do not trust this company, it does not seem to know it's job.I am a remote landlord with a property in McKinney, TX. A few days ago I got a call from it's employee stated my roof had very bad damage from hail and needs to be replaced, the owner of the Proclaim encouraged me to claim insurance to replace the roof, telling me he will be present with the insurance inspector at my roof.Today the insurance inspector came, the owner of the Proclaim ensured me he will be there but told insurance company he will not come. ends up he never show up.The insurance company inspector wrote in his report that no hail damage.I end up being fooled and will face my insurance premium increase because of claim.Hope you would not be the next.

Tyler and proclaim roofing have got the job done in an easy, fast and cheap rate first time! So much so that i have done my roof once again with them this year as a returning customer! I couldn't have asked for anything more! I recommend Proclaim roofing to anyone in DFW Area for sure!

scammers. they are stating that the city is mandating a roof inspection. i contacted the city and they said they don't mandate anything and the police stated that this was deceptive practices.Editing since I can’t reply to the comment the company made. You are scamming people because you are falsely saying that the city is REQUIRING you to do an inspection and that I need to call you back to be in compliance. That’s pretty deceptive, and also illegal.

Just received a call from this company. OBVIOUSLY they are NOT honest or trustworthy. In Sept of 2019 the State of Texas passed a law (HB02102F) that requires homeowners to pay their deductible in the event of an insurance claim for damage (Roof, water leak etc). This company over the phone immediately offered to reduce my deductible possibly even to ZERO. VERY SHADY, VERY ILLEGAL. This company has it's solar company located in Farmers Branch and the Roofing portion is located in Dallas. Don't get scammed by these guys. Just to be sure I was talking to the same company I am reviewing I called them back. Yep, same guys.

This company called me making the statement that they "are in my area" doing work. I asked the rep where can i see the work? He started to make things up. He was very abrasize when it came to how he was talking to me. Actually the whole conversation was abrasize. At the end of the day, do not lie to people when attemping to start a business relationship. This will never go well. As for how we all know you are going to respond. "We did not call you." " We are sorry you FEEL that way." Just be honest, that is all you have to do.In response to companies response...There is no confusion. Your agent did not give any specifics. The statement of "we are in your area." Is one of old school telemarketing tactics. Such is long and gone. As for stating that your corporation has done 60 million projects in North Texas... That may be a far reach to state online, considering your corporation only has 83 reviews in June of 2023. Long story short. If you want to be honest, be honest. There is no longer a need for dishonesty in business, just to obtain it.

Overall phenomenal experience with Proclaim Roofing. We needed our roof replaced here in Houston and had no idea who to go with. We reached out to a friend who is in the roofing business in Florida. He knew the caliber of work Proclaim produced and recommended us look into them. They were professional from start to finish. Wes was highly qualified and had an answer for every question we had along the way. He took excellent care of us and our home. Their work speaks for itself, as our roof looks amazing. For what it’s worth, they have my highest of recommendations!

Brad was awesome with the whole process of getting my roof replaced. He called in to submit the claim to my insurance company, was here when the adjuster came out, and had an amazing crew working on the roof. They completed the job within a day and had everything cleaned up. The roof looked great! Brad went above and beyond. He always returned phone calls and texts and answered any questions I had prior to the job being done. I highly recommend Proclaim Roofing!

Recieved a call from a very rude representative who claimed to be with the company saying "we're going to be in your area" bs. When I questioned him about specifics of his company to try and verify legitimacy,he refused,saying, just visit the website and he wouldn't even state the url for the site. This company is obviously not trustworthy and no one should trust them if this is how they attempt to make sales.Edit: correct, this is a sock account. With a company as untrustworthy and deceptive as yours, I'm sure as hell not leaving an honest review on my real account and risk some sort of retaliation.

Our new roof looks great and it looks like it will stand the test of time with our crazy North Texas weather. I have to say that the crew who did the work were incredibly courteous, respectful of our property and extremely thorough. I can't believe how fast these guys worked, they were done hardly before we knew they were even there. This was the third time we have had a roof replacement in our history of home ownership, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. I want to thank Proclaim Roofing, as well as Brad and crew, for taking such great care of us. I will recommend Proclaim Roofing to anyone in need of a roof replacement from here on out.

Brad came by after a hail storm and said we definitely had a claim. He called our insurance while at our house and set up the claim. He then came out when the adjuster arrived a few days later. We picked a shingle with an upgrade at no extra cost for us. He quickly got us a date and we had a new roof exactly one week from the day that he first stopped by. We were very happy with the work, clean-up, It was an easy process! Thank you, Proclaim Roofing!

Excellent customer service! I woke up one storming morning to see a wet ceiling in our bedroom. I found the brochure they left me 4 months ago when they were working on another house in the area. Called Israel and they quickly responded and got someone out here to cover a leak during a two- day storm. I wasn't even able to be home to meet the worker because of work. I came home to see a blue tarp covering the chimney-- what I thought was the wrong spot. Called Israel to let him know and he said that they don't just cover where the leak is, the cover the SOURCE of the leak. Sure enough, despite storms the rest of the next two days my ceiling was dry by nightfall. To replace the shingles, they handled everything with our insurance, arrived VERY early in the morning on the day of installation, did everything in one day (except for the gutters which were handled by another company), and cleaned up everything completely. I never thought anything about whether the roof improved a house's appearance-- until I saw our new roof and the installed gutters-- our house looks fabulous!!!! As far as an experience with a roofing company, Proclaim made the process amazingly easy and made a huge improvement to the house. We're happy!

We used this company to install our solar panels. The placement was not verified by us and they wanted to charge my son who is a disabled veteran with a traumatic brain injury $5000 more grand to move them. On top of that Our contract with them stayed to remove and replace in case of roof damage was .70 cents per watt for R&R we have 9.4 kw which is 9400 watts and they quoted us almost $13,000 and when I questioned it I was told it shouldn’t matter to me because my insurance was paying for it. This company has been a complete and total nightmare from the beginning. They have lousy Customer Service skills and the Owner of the company Tyler was confrontational with my insurance agent. My advice is to do the opposite of what we did and check with several Solar Companies before you choose one and AVOID this one at all Cost

Wonderful and absolutely professional company. The crew was efficient and left the job site, our home, immaculate. Micheal, our salesman, was always available and in top of the situation. They even painted the roof accessories to match the shingles that we chose, our neighbors roofs that were replaced were left as is. I highly recommend Proclaim Roofing!

We worked with Brian twice. 1st time was after a storm and he was doing the neighbor’s house and I had mentioned to him we had storm damage and asked him to take a look at it. Within 4 hrs he had the damaged shingles replaced including gutters.The 2nd time, after another storm, we thought we had hail damage he helped us set up the insurance adjuster to come look at the roof, met with the adjuster during the appointment and insurance decided the roof needed to be replaced and he worked with them taking full responsibility to complete the claim, arrived the day he said he would, completed the entire job in one day and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

After a hail storm at our home in Frisco in 2018 we called several roofing companies and choose Proclaim they were very professional and completed the roof on time and after they left you never new they were there except we had a new roof.We sold the home and moved to Lake Highlands and were hit with another storm in June 2019. We called Proclaim again and they were excellent to work with and completed the job on time.I would recommend them to anyone. These are people you can trust and they have been in business for many years.

Proclaim roofing came through our area after a severe hail storm there representative Hernan Martinez was very professional and very knowledgeable about the company he work for. He helped us file our claim came out while the adjuster was here to make sure he did not miss anything once the claim was approved they scheduled us right away for installation. Hernan Martinez was here to make sure the work was being done properly and supplying them with any material they needed to do a quality job. My husband and I felt really comfortable working with Proclaim Roofing.

I experienced a few missteps initially, however, everything has been resolved. When Jack became my project manager, he ensured that I was completely satisfied with my new roof. He personally took ownership and addressed my concerns. In fact, Jack even made improvements which I hadn’t requested.Proclaim is protective of their reputation. I appreciate the steps they took to exceed my expectations.

They were great start to finish. The damaged roof areas were covered until the insurance inspection report came back to replace it. The new roof is perfect, the mess was minimal and done in a day. They installed new vents thatathat looked better than the originals, even repainted the plumbing stacks. Great company!
