RJW Construction did an amazing job with my roof! They were quick and professional. Ryan and Heidi were very informative and communicative through every step and made it very easy for me. They dealt with my insurance also so I didn’t have to go through that entire headache of a process. I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs. RJW replaced my roof. I am very happy with how they handled the whole process. They are 100% customer oriented, easy to communicate with, very reliable and accountable. Most importantly for me, they are trustworthy.Ryan, the face of RJW, always goes above and beyond my expectations. When I initially called him look at my roof, I told him about our high electricity usage especially during the peak summer months. At that point, I had already had a few companies assess my attic and come up with combinations of solutions like radiant barrier, new insulation, solar fans etc none of which were inexpensive.After looking at the roof, Ryan did an inspection of my attic and said my problem was inadequate attic ventilation. He said the combination of vents I had were canceling out the work done by each other. No one until then had made this observation.He did an analysis of the ventilation and came up with 2 different ways to handle the 'short circuit' in the atticWhen it was time to replace my roof, I clearly knew I wanted to go with Ryan's company. Along with the roof work, he cut open new soffit vents, cleared out the existing soffit vents that were blocked and increased the size of most of the existing vents.This work was done in mid September. So I am yet to go through high temperatures. However I'm fairly sure that I'll see a significant improvement in attic temperatures.Ryan is also great with working with the insurance companies.Heidi, his associate is the one who manages the roofing crew. Again, very committed and a joy to work with.The subcontractors that RJW hires do diligent work. A great example for this is the fencing subcontractor they hire. My fence looks so beautiful after they re-stained it.In short, attention to detail is their tag line.Service: Roof installation

I’m very please with the work done by RJW. I was referred to Heidi as I had some missing shingles. She came out looked over my roof and found storm damage, walked me thru claim process. Process was just as she explained. David was great with supplement, he was very thorough to ensure everything was covered. Work was completed by efficiently, and timely manner. Definitely worth it! I hired RJW Construction to install a new roof, gutters, and some siding as a result of hail damage. Everything about my experience was positive. Nathan, the sales manager, was knowledgeable and helpful in scoping out the work that needed to be done and Heidi, the operations manager, guided the actual roofing work on site seamlessly. We now have a beautiful new roof and no more leaks. If I ever need roofing work in the future, I would be happy to hire RJW again. I have to say I have never met nor worked with a better group of professionals. They had great communication and work hard with the insurance company to make sure all things were taken care of. I want to thank RJW construction for my BEAUTIFUL new roof. They knocked on my door about roof inspection, I explained the insurance was already out to look and denied the claim. Heidi & Ryan did the inspection and explained I have more options. They were able to get a reinspect with the insurance company and I got approved for a full replacement!!!! I can't explain how grateful I am. Everything was smooth sailing once they took over. They are my roofer for life, and I will be recommending them to friends and family!Service: Roof inspection

I'm so glad my wife answered the door and allowed them to complete the free inspection they offered. They worked with the insurance for full replacement, all new decking, and gutters.
