My house incurred hail damage recently and when it was time to get things sorted out and repaired, Oleg and Roofing Giant made the process a whole lot easier. Oleg was more than willing to sit down with me and understand what I wanted done and also explained the process very thoroughly. His people did a great job and showed up when they said they'll show up. After all work has been completed, Oleg made sure that everything was what I expected. It was time to take care of a leaky roof and after our friend recommended Roofing Giant, we were pleasantly surprised by the customer service from beginning to end. My concern that they might be too busy during winter months soon seemed unfounded when they responded quickly even on days with inclement weather.What I appreciated most about this company is how their employees are knowledgeable enough for us not only find out what needed fixed but also helped me get an estimate in no time flat all while being courteous and careful as if I had family helping them fix my house. From the first contact that their salesman, Cristian made at my door, my experience with Roofing Giant was very professional. I have never needed a roof replacement before. He made sure to take time to explain the details of the appraisers report and how each step would be accomplished. He explained that my old roof had no vents and showed me the calcs of why I needed 5 vents and the square inches of soffit vents that were need.THEN, I watched a crew replace my neighbors roof and skylights over a 2 day period. They were very concientious and meticulous in their work. I learned once they were finished that they were Roofing Giant. I signed a contract right away. I was informed as to what to expect prior to each milestone. My impression is that Roofing Giant is an exemplary contractor and I would eagerly recommend them to anyone needing roofing and related work.

Loved working with Oleg, he helped me through the whole process, and was very patient with me and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything that I needed was taken care of. I got a full range of roof replacement, gutter replacement and some screens replaced. I picked out colors for my new shingles and worked with them to get gutters that matched my current paint color. I added in gutter guards and some new gutters since they were doing the replacement of the ones that I had. I was happy with all of the work and the cost of the work.

Roofing Giant was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Oleg helped me deal with the insurance company, and patiently waited and assisted with the appraisal process when the insurance company refused to pay the full claim.Overall the insurance and appraisal process took two years. By the end of it the roof had started to leak. Roofing Giant came out and tarped the roof to prevent further damage, and replaced some of the ceiling drywall without any extra charge. I now have a beautiful new roof and feel much safer in my home.

"It went just great! I could not have asked for a better experience.I incurred hail damage back in early 2016 and enlisted several Angieslist-service companies to bid the repair job. Due to a number of factors the work got put off until recently.Roofing Giant is one of the several companies I targeted back in 2016 to give me an estimate. Some of the contractors lost interest in my work since time passed but not Roofing Giant. Oleg stayed in touch with me and continued to address any concerns I had. Admittedly, I require a lot of any company doing work for me since I am detailed oriented and want things done a specific way. Oleg addressed all my questions and even accommodated a 4-sheet addendum I added to the agreement that we signed.As it worked out, I only had one other company to compare costs to. A third company graciously bowed out of the bidding since it could not get to the work for several months. Anyway, Roofing Giant's bid was significantly lower than the other company's bid. Given this and Oleg being so great to work with, I chose Roofing Giant to do the work.The actual work went great too. The crew supervisor, Chuey, was just wonderful to work with. He spoke excellent English and was most willing to do whatever I asked him to do. As already stated I am pretty exacting and I wanted things done a specific way and Chuey came though admirably without throwing me off the roof. <:) Yes, I even went on the roof to inspect various things being done and Chuey did not mind at all. This is a strong indicator of a company doing great work and not ashamed of anything they do. if you choose Roofing Giant to do your work, ask if Chuey's crew could do the work. You will not be disappointed.The guys cleaned up really well after the work and seemed to work really well as a team. I was proud to know all of them and was so impressed I gave them all a small monetary gift along with a Gideon New Testament.Bottomline: Give Roofing Giant a chance to bid your work, and hopefully chose them to do the job. You will not be disappointed. As a free sidenote, I highly recommend Malarkey Legacy shingles too. Their pre-sales support was great!"

Wow, they did what they said they would do. These guys are insurance experts. My roof was initially denied, but when these guys got on the roof with an adjuster we not only got the roof approved but also got a brand new garage door, fence, gutters, window screens, and our A/C re-combed. They even painted the interior of the house for a leak I didn't know existed. The ease of it was amazing. I was so surprised that everything worked out smoothly even though I was very skeptical. I would highly recommend getting them involved.

Had a wonderful experience with roofing giants, roof and gutters were done on the specified date. Workers were great cleaning up and finishing work in timely manner, gutter and roof looked very high quality, I really like I was able to talk/pay just one person and even took pictures to show damage and walk me through process of replacing rotting wood and add extended decking. Well after a month my roof is leaking again, roofing giant is here looking into it hopefully they fix this issue , also went in the attic and found extensitive broken decking that was not broken when roof was worked on also instead of a decking to my roof they added a piece of plywood that is now dipping my roof in. I have had several different people in my home and no solution has been done, if I get this resolved I will update review. UPDATE , it was found my roof is not leaking but a triangle vent that is on my roof, would of not replaced roof if I was not told it was not the roof leaking, well issue was caulked, all broken wood inside attic was braced with 2 by 4s and my interior ceiling was painted. I thank Cristian for his understanding and customer service, very nice and honest. These guys did my neighbors roof so I decided to try them out. Once they found the hail damage the sailing was smooth from there. They worked with my insurance from start to finish and I had a new roof up a lot quicker than I had expected. I would definitely recommend them if you think you need a new roof.

***UPDATE***: Somehow they managed to show up two days later and I have to say that Matt seemed quite professional and honest.Sure they have to improve their scheduling system and probably hire a more professional receptionist, but I have the feeling that they can do a great job.*************************************************************************Appointment scheduled through Homeadvisor. Confirmed by email AND phone call 2 days before. Nobody showed up and after two hours waiting for them I decided to give a call. Receptionist was totally useless and she couldn't tell me if someone was coming over or not..."I'm only the receptionist" she said..."I'll have someone calling you shortly". I've been waiting for them to call me back to reschedule but nobody has been calling. Apparently you already have too much business to handle but you can't simply waste others time!
