We had Michael Marcinko with Sali's Roofing evaluate our home for hail and wind damage. He identified damage to the roof, gutters, screens, fence, and fascia boards. He worked with the insurance company and was quickly able to get approval for the required repairs and begin the work immediately. All the work crews were very professional and made sure that everything was done right. Michael monitored the progress and ensured that nothing was missed. He also worked closely with the insurance company to ensure all covered repairs were identified and required adjustments made. My roof was recently replaced by Sali’s roofing due to hail damage. Mike and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. They dealt with the insurance company as the insurance company didn’t want to cover everything, but in the end and after few emails/phone calls by Mike and his team, the insurance approved. Once approved Mike quickly worked with me to get my roof replaced. I used Sali’s Roofing to replace my roof , after it was severely damaged by Raccoons. Even in the midst of a busy season, they were able to repair the damage and replace my roof so quickly. They also provided contractors to repair the interior of my home, where the roof leaked. My roof got hail damage on August 2021. Mike Marcinko was super responsive and was on top of this painful process, from beginning to end. A painful process because my insurance denied my claim so it took us almost 18 months to finally get resolution after litigating against the insurance. I appreciate Sali's roofing going above and beyond during the multiple roof inspections required by my insurance and their guidance to fight this till the end. I was using a different roofer before but they refused to provide quotes to fight this, unless I committed in writing to give them my business. Meanwhile, Mike was super responsive and sent every quote as needed at least 3 times. Once we won the settlement against the insurance, the roof replacement was done promptly and finished in one day. Bad hail storm hit us in May. At this same time my wife had a medical crisis. I did not have the bandwidth to handle all the repairs and insurance company run around. I highly recommend Sali’s roofing! I rarely listen to contractors when they come to the door. However, my front porch discussion with Holden about the roof condition and Sali’s ability to work with our insurance company convinced me to make an exception in this instance. We are demanding homeowners and Holden, Will and Brad were able to answer all our questions and provide all of the information we needed to feel comfortable with the process. Quality and responsiveness are two things that are important to me and Brad and his team have exceeded my expectations. We had 3 roofs replaced by these guys in the last couple of months. During recent storms, we lost some shingles and within the hour Brad was able to get his crew to install plastic to protect from further water damage. He has an excellent team to negotiate the insurance claim process. Issues after installation were promptly addressed. Generally there is poor opinion about roofers but it sure was a pleasure working with Brad and his team. Fantastic customer service!.
