We have used Scott Exteriors for our roof, for our windows and exterior siding in backyard. All looks fantastic. The shingled roof on our dock looked very dated and Scott Exteriors replaced it with a metal roofing to match our house. Looks current and great!! Their clean-up on roof removal is incredible, not a piece of shingle to be found anywhere. I've used Scott Exteriors in the past and they are my go to roofing company. I'm always impressed with their customer service, installation and clean-up!

We have been using Scott Exteriors for years now. Our current service rep, Bruce Bacon, is so responsive and every team that's come out to the house for repairs has been great. Recently we had water coming in and turns out it was an old condensation vent and the rubber had gotten dry and brittle and that's where the leak was coming from. Also, since we had our attic foamed we no longer needed the turbines and when the wind blew a certain way they vibrated and it sounded like a haunted house! So they removed those, re-patched with matching roof tiles and all is well again. When it comes time for a new roof we'll want them to do it. In the meantime I call them for minor repairs. We really appreciate them all!

This is a Top quality company. Doug, JJ & Nacho were very professional and they run a tight ship. Took a day and a quarter to apply a new roof on my home. Explained the product I was buying and supplied an excellent crew and final price. Hey kept my home perimeter clean as well as my neighbors. Protected my home and landscape from any debris. I have had 2 large projects with Scott Exteriors over the past 2 years. First was the roof replacement and just recently a siding replacement. I can't say enough good things about Bruce B. and his team. Both projects turned out great. They do a great job cleaning-up afterward and do quality work. I only needed a few small repairs. I figured with the weather no reputable company would have time to help. Scott Exterior came out within a week for the estimate, and the repairs were done a week later. They did not push for extras or even suggest them. The repairs are well done. Scott Exteriors has a team dedicated to only roof repairs.

I received a two-part quote from Scott Exteriors to fix a leak on one of my rental properties. Option 1: just fix the leak. Option 2: Move the vent pipes and coordinate with an HVAC person to do a thorough job. Without contacting me, Scott Exteriors showed up on the property. My renters let them onto the roof. They did option 1 and just fixed the leak, even though the quote explicitly gave me the option to choose. Scott Exteriors never contacted me about which option to go with — and I didn’t even know that the job had been completed until I was emailed a reminder to pay the bill.My first three emails with the person who gave the quote, were combative. He denied everything. It wasn’t until the owner of the company, Mr. Scott, contacted me that I encountered any customer service.As a side note, the person who gave me the quote, Steve, refused to give me a quote for putting a metal roof on the property, even though it is listed as a service on their website. He said that his previous employer of 20 years would do a much better job. I contacted that other company.Service: Roof repair

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is needing new windows, roof or siding; granted I didn't need all of that but those options were available for us.

I am posting this after providing Scott Exteriors ample time to follow up with us regarding our valid complaints. We hired Scott Exteriors to do what we were told would be a one day job of replacing 3 windows and installing shutters. First, the wrong color shutters came in (we were not notified until we followed up). We then did not receive any contact or have any work for about 2 days. We were then told the windows were finished when they had visibly different framing-one was white vinyl, one was wood. When we inquired, we were told they try to reuse materials from the previous framing. We thought this was odd and that should have been discussed with us as we were paying for new windows. When the shutters came in, they were hung at visibly different heights. We again followed up, and were told that the installers stated no way to rectify this without damaging windows. We obtained a second opinion and were informed our windows were different sizes, and likely Scott did not realize this until doing the job. The second contractor also informed us the shutter height has nothing to do with the window framing, so it was never explained why that could not be rectified by Scott. We asked for calls to discuss from multiple people, & received short email responses. We never felt anyone cared about our opinion or business. All in all, our 1 day project took about 5 days, our shutters are at different heights & our windows are framed differently (happy to provide photos). Scott should have communicated with us throughout the project & given options. I understand surprises occur with any project, but communication is crucial. We also experienced materials left strew around our yard. Very disappointed, especially considering we learned about the company from neighbors and our church.

Kirk’s company (Scott Roofing) does amazing work. In addition to installing a great roof, they put up Hardie board siding on our former home and did the painting. We’re now bringing them back to our next home for gutters. I love that they’re in the neighborhood. The customer service is also great - timely and friendly.

We just had all of our windows replaced by Scott Exteriors. Everyone we talked to was so helpful and friendly. We were working with a city grant program and had to have some extra paperwork completed, but that didn’t phase Bruce. He was more than willing to do the extra work. The installers were great. We would recommend them to anyone.

Justin Alexander and his team came out last week to fix my roof after a series of storms that passed through, recently. While I was worried that we may need to get a new roof, Justin assured me they would let me know if that was needed. I was relieved to know it just need a few minor repairs and we were good to go. The "fly by night" roofing operations are scams! Don't be fooled! Scott Exteriors will take good care of you!

My husband and I had damage to our house from a storm a month ago. They came out to look then never got back with us with the estimate. Four weeks later we finally got an estimate, and it was $1,100 more than the other company we had come out. Very disappointed in the customer service and would never use or recommend a company that is would overcharge this significantly.
