I should have known better than to deal with this company when I went online and submitted my request for a quote and never received a call back. Nevertheless i gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them to schedule a quote. The lady I spoke to scheduled my appt for today at 11am. No one ever showed up, called or texted. This is extremely unprofessional, 1: Don’t put on your website that inquiries or request can be made online if you are not going to respond to the customer. 2: If the customer goes out of their way to call and schedule something with you be sure to follow through. I understand situations come up but a courtesy call, text or email would be nice. We’re in 2023 I doubt you’re in an area with no service even the off brand cell companies(boost, metro, cricket etc) have service.
