Highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. Pius was easy to get ahold of and helped us evaluate our options for the best ventilation, and even worked with us to add extra facia that was necessary to replace hail-damaged gutters. We wanted to go with my neighbor’s gutter company even tho Pius would have been able to do that as well. He was so gracious in helping coordinate the entire transaction with the insurance company. I felt so confident with Pius as our partner though the entire process! Thanks a million. You really made this easy for us, Pius!

Had a great experience with Pius & Storm Shield. Was able to turn around the project in 3 business days from first contact to completed roof. Roofers came out early and took about 12 hours to complete the project. The team took care of some other issues around the roof such as damaged wood and plywood. Installed solar fans to replace my wind turbines. Meticulous about finding nails on the ground and cleaning up after the roof was done. and also had a subcontractor take care of my gutters too.Also forgot to mention....all of the shaking from the install loosened some boards in the attic. Pius sent a carpenter to fix and not only did he repair the two loosened boards but patched up some other structural items in the attic as well.

The plywood under the shingles was rotted and had to be replaced in some areas, and instead of replacing bites and pieces they replaced it all. The team that did the work was amazing and made sure the yard was clean after the demo. I could not ask for a better company to do the work.

Storm Shield was great to work with after our hail storm in 2023. We waited until the spring of 2024 to replace the roof and our fence. Pius gave us multiple options with zero pressure to choose any of them. We ultimately went with a higher impact resistant shingle that will hopefully help our insurance premium. We will gladly work with Storm Shield again.

I used Storm Shield Restoration from a friend referral. I truly don’t believe I could have had a better experience. Upon contact the company was extremely responsive and was even present during my insurance adjusters evaluation. They made sure that all areas were covered. Once repairs were started, they completed within eight (8) hours. I seriously am so pleased with the work and customer service. Pius goes the extra mile to ensure the entire process is effortless on the customer’s end. He meticulously swept my yard with a magnetic device to retrieve any nails/staples or metal objects that might have been overlooked. Out of 5 stars ⭐️ I wish I could give them 10! I am completely satisfied with the brand new upgraded roof I had installed by this company. The old roof was taken off and the beautiful new roof, all removed, repaired and replaced in the same day! I have the most beautiful roof on my block! This company is the best. This is just a close up from the back of my house. I have a tall, 2 story house and yes, they even cleaned up before they left. As so many know, the day after a major storm in North Texas, a new storm brews: a storm of contractors blows through your neighborhood, flooding your doorway with solicitations and promises. It's hard to know who to trust, not just with managing your insurance claim, but ultimately with ensuring the repairs are done right and to your satisfaction. This is why I'm writing this review.I'd heard the name Storm Shield before, and seen a sign or two in the past, but had no prior personal experience with the team. I was approached by the team as I was working my yard to clean up all the branches and debris. The sincerity of the initial conversation took me off guard, even after they genuinely offered to help me clean up. So I shrugged off any skepticism and listened to what they had to say (I dismissed 3 or 4 others prior).The empathy for my situation was palpable, and was appreciated. But the immediate action on Storm Shield's part was what made me a customer. I had a skylight that was decimated by hail stones, and the upstairs bathroom was opened to whatever weather was forecasted. They immediately sprang to the roof, secured the broken pieces and put a heavy-duty patch over the opening to prevent any further damage. But this was all done at no obligation, no signed paperwork, no commitment from me at all. That kind of service and caring is far too rare today! But of course, I was grateful and I thought to myself, if this is their service to me as a stranger, how great will the service be as a customer?The answer was quickly obvious. Not only was the level of customer service so exceptional and personal, the expertise that was brought to my project was tremendous and assuring. Their inspection was thorough and beyond just a restorative perspective; they were present during the insurance adjusters inspection (who scheduled two inspections due to the extent of the damage); and they managed the communication with my insurance carrier throughout the process, especially as supplements became necessary.As the scope of work was being developed, they laid out for me all the options, colors, materials, other repairs to consider. I was engaged throughout the planning and repair process, which was hugely important to me. But dealing with my mortgage company was particularly challenging as they held my claim funds for a ridiculous amount of time. But Pius and Storm Shield were understanding and more than patient; even more importantly, however: when I finally received funds, the team scheduled my work within a week! I thought there would be at least a month lag due to all the ongoing work in the area.The crew on the roof was terrific! Genuine, courteous, hard workers, and they cleaned up behind themselves at every step of the way (not just when all the work was done) ... a sign of true professionalism and pride in craftsmanship in my opinion. Work was done on time, as planned, and precisely to my expectations. Communications and responsiveness from Pius, the crew, and the whole team were consistent and thorough ... I was never questioning anything or ever left in the dark.As work was completed, final inspections revealed that everything was repaired either to or beyond expectations ... my home is whole again! Pius continued to walk me through the insurance process and paperwork, and now I'm just waiting for my mortgage company to release my remaining claim funds ... wish me luck ;)Though this is a lengthy review, I hope it builds confidence in the decision anyone has to make about a restoration project, whether it's from storm damage or some other catastrophe.
