Superior Roofing replaced our roof in 2019, and we were somewhat satisfied with the roof itself. The fact that they installed the gutters before finishing the roof has been a continual source of dissatisfaction, because they got pretty beat up during the roofing process. In addition, the corners of the gutters weren’t capped properly. We also were dismayed to have one of the subcontractors contact us afterward to tell us that the owner of the company had never paid him.Now, 4 years later, we have tried repeatedly to contact Superior Roofing to get a copy of the invoice because we are changing insurance companies and need verification of the fact that the roof has been replaced, but we can’t get anyone to respond. I’ve texted, emailed, and left messages for several days now. I would assume they are out of business if it weren’t for the fact that there are recent reviews.I see that most of the reviews are positive, but I think that would change if the reviewers had any issues, because once Superior Solutions gets your final check, you’ll never be able to reach them again. The name of the company leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

Michael with superior solutions knocked on my door one day while he was roofing me neighbors home and said he noticed damage. He was able to work with my insurance and get everything taken care of for me. Surprisingly everything he told me was true and he was very thorough . What a great company!We had hail Damage to our roof so I called Superior to come check it out. Michael met the adjuster and advocated for us to our insurance company. He was communicative through the whole process. They replaced our roof and gutters. I knew when the guys were going to arrive and the quality of installation is amazing!
