Outstanding!! These people are legit in their workmanship. I had hail damage all over my car and they fixed it like new. All of the technicians were so nice, respectful, and welcoming. They assured me I didn’t have to worry about paying anything as long as you have comprehensive coverage. They advocate for you with your insurance to make sure the process is smooth. They picked up my car up and when I received my car back I did not have a single hail dent , and then re-delivered my vehicle. The owner of this new storm damage facility, Dean, actually managed the body work on my 2015 Corolla while he worked for another body shop, prior to opening his new facility. The auto body tech that primarily worked on my vehicle is also at THR Dallas. He was able to repair all of the minor dents that the hail damage caused. Dean even helped get me in touch with the right person that could assist me for the reimbursement of $964 of rental car overages, that I had incurred at the prior shop he recently left. I have no doubt that this is a shop that will put the customer first, and do what's right in terms of business and ethics.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim

This business does not follow legal practices when soliciting their services. Naturally after the hail storms on Thursday, roofers are out in full force leaving business cards on doors in neighborhoods. This business is no different. They must have people going around the metroplex - I am in Corinth which is well outside of Dallas. Several of our homes have multiple No Soliciting signs at our door yet THR still left their business cards right next to those signs. When I called and spoke with Janell Enrriques (these were her business cards) she asked if anyone rang my doorbell or knocked to disturb me. Let's not play ignorant and think you actually have to knock or ring a doorbell for that to be considered soliciting. You're shoving business cards in people's front door. I asked if she had a permit through the city of Corinth to which she said yes. I have submitted a request to the city to find out if that is true and will update accordingly, however at this point it would appear as though they do not have a city permit since the backgrounds take time and all of the rules are reviewed before the permit is handed out. Anyway, she ended up getting mad and hung up on me because she didn't want to be called out for being inconsiderate and disrespectful of the requests of local homeowners not to solicit. That folks is not how you do business.Update: This business does Not in fact have a solicitor's permit through the city of Corinth, which means she lied.

I would like to start off by thanking Christian, Sarah, Jerry, and all staff for the awesome customer service and experience they provided. I had hail damage all over my car, and now my car is back looking brand new like fresh off of the lot. The work they provide is outstanding. I highly recommend this company for services. So Stephanie just brought my car to me and it looks brand new! The tires are shiny and the outside is so smooth there is nothing but shiny awesomeness and is super clean. I’m I am definitely gonna tell everybody I know about them. My team lead was making comments saying it’s a scam every week when I was working but I put my faith and trust in them and I’m glad I did. I made a mistake by going to this place. They only promise you but they don't deliver. Communication is terrible, it took them almost a month by the time they finished portion of my car and I still waiting for Side Body Trim Molding which is part of the claim. It's been almost 2 months already still on backordered.

These guys did an excellent job on all points! They came to the house to check the car after the storm and showed up when they said they would. Jerry did a great job with all communications. Provided a nice rental to use and drove my car to the shop. Worked with my insurance company for me. Delivered the car back to my home and picked up the rental when the repairs were done. The car looks new! They made the whole experience as easy as it could get. Will use and recommend thier services anytime. Thanks again Total Hail Restoration!!!

I just got a new car and got caught in the recent hail storm. I wasn’t even aware that my insurance would cover it. I had a card placed on my windshield and decided to give them a call. After a referral from a neighbor we decided to work with Total Hail Restoration to handle the replacement of our roof. Garrett handled the paperwork and worked with us and the insurance company. The roofing team came out and worked in the heat leaving our yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. It's been about 3 or 4 months now since install and after a few bad thunderstorms the roof is holding beautifully.

Had my SUV for hail damage and took about a month to fix it. They reassured me multiple times that they would cover the rental expenses the insurance wouldn't cover. Now they won't answer my phone calls or emails and we're just out 400+ dollars. The car looks nice but communication was horrible from start to finish.Update- owner called me and paid me what I was owed. I think they are typically good to work with but were particularly slammed when they handled my order.

The folks at Total Hail Restoration are very professional, polite, respectful and knowledgeable in getting our roof repair done. They explained to us everything regarding the project and answered all our questions very promptly. They worked with us and our schedule the best way possible for us. I had hail damage on 2 of my vehicles and David Perez approached me while I was at the gas station. Not thinking that my car was damaged, he easily showed me that it in fact was.
