Based on my personal experience, I will highly recommend Vaso Construction & Roofing to anyone who needs some remodeling in their home. Our kitchen was flooded, and due to the floor is connected, we need to replace entire floor of kitchen, dining room, living room, study, and all the hallways. Also need to rebuild and replace the big island and cabinet in the kitchen. It’s a lot to process for new home owner, and Oleg did fantastic job managing the entire process and he is on top of everything and patient enough to answer all our questions quickly. He also handles insurance side well and helped us coordinated ALE related stuff.

After our water heater busted and flooded part of our house we had to replace the floors. Talking with Oleh at Vaso we stated how we wanted to updgrade to vinyl planks, and his team did an awesome job. We had also bought a new sink for the hall bath that they gladly installed for us. We used Vaso Construction to help us with a roof replacement and had an amazing experience!! We had an old roof with quite a bit of damage (so much so that a raccoon ripped a hole right through the shingles and plywood and made himself at home in our attic!). Oleg helped us with every step of the process from filing a claim with our insurance company to picking a color for our new shingles to dealing with some structural damage to other parts of our house. He executed all of our requests flawlessly, even accommodating some last minute changes. He came every day to guide and work with the crew and handled unexpected issues quickly and always with a positive attitude. He and his crew really went above and beyond with both the roofing work and with the clean up afterwards. We are so grateful especially given the recent freezing temperatures and abundant rain! Insurance claims and repairs are time-consuming, tasking, and at times frustrating. It had been a difficult path and there came Oleg, who held my hand through the process. My house had a moderate water leak, and the mitigation was complete, but the compensation could not cover the restoration of my house. The deductible wasn’t the solution, nor was any contractor willing to patch up the carpet, as inferred by the claim adjuster. Oleg took the claim and presented his point of view, analysis, and estimate on the damages, and the repairs were approved. The insurance agreed to replace my entire first floor. Oleg did a fantastic job paying attention to details, and the quality was professional. Oleg responds to questions timely and is very easy to work with. I appreciate you for advocating for my repairs, guiding me through the claim, and the beautiful new LVP floor. I recommend Vaso Construction to anyone seeking high quality workmanship.

This company is top notch. Oleg was amazing to work with. He was communicative, thorough and the work that was done was top notch. Everyone he works with was also great. They replaced the carpet on our 2nd floor, during which they accidentally measured the space incorrectly and didn't order enough carpet. He was so apologetic and upgraded our carpet for the inconvenience. We will always use his company moving forward.

I’ve worked with Vaso Construction for years. First, the company is extraordinarily trustworthy. They come and go as they please when working at the house. My kids love Oleh and I feel very comfortable with them at all times. Second, Oleh is incredibly honest. He prices fairly and tells you exactly what things will cost and what the issue is. I never worry about him exaggerating prices or damage to get me to do more than I need. For example, I have wood root issues where the gutters attach to the house. Rather than try to spook me into doing the work and rush me into a project Oleh said it was something to consider dealing with down the road and just wanted to give me a heads up. No pressure no scare tactics. Third, Vaso Construction shares my high level of perfection and expectation. I have worked with dozens of contractors before I met Oleh and Vaso Construction and everyone disappointed without exception. Work was slapped together and corners were cut. Oleh did everything as I would have myself, had I the talent and skill that he has. For Oleh, if it is not perfect it’s not done. My colleagues have hired this company to build nurseries and take care of their most important family construction needs. My only hesitation in writing this review is that he may get harder to schedule to work on my projects.
