I absolutely love my roof! From the beginning of the process this company was amazing and efficient to work with. Company personnel were all helpful and friendly and, even though I was very anxious with this being a big cost job and investment, they were there to walk with me through the entire process. The crew was there to start around 6 am and had the job completed around 12 pm. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Well, I was looking for a company to fix the gutters and ended replacing the entire roof.Jonathan, Zeus Exteriors representative did a great job on explaining my needs in regard to replacing the roof.Even the owner, Mike came himself to make sure that the water heater exhaust was properly reconnected back to its pipe out of the roof. Thanks for looking for safety.Now my house is set and ready for any Texas storms, God forbid tornadoes.Definitely I am willing to give a good reference for Zeus Exteriors company.

This is our 3rd roof replacement, Michael Sicilian owner and on site supervisor Dominick were easy to work with. We have had lots of rain since completion with no issues. Of the 3 different contractors over the years this is the first time with no issues. We will use Zeus again, just hope not for a long time long time.

I found Zeus Exteriors through a long time friend that knows I don’t just trust anyone to projects such as these for my home.Recently, we had terrible winds (1/8) and I polluted my neighbors yards with roof shingles that had been ripped off. Yikes! I reached out to Mike and he said he’d be there same day! He was very communicative, he gave me an estimated time, followed up with me letting me know he’d be here (still in the timeframe he initially said). When he got here he let me know what he’d be doing and let me know what needed to be fixed. He gave me the update and was able to fix it same day. Yay to no insurance claim! Am I right?I really appreciated Mike and his team. They were quick, nice, HONEST and reasonable/fair priced! This is the way a business should be ran. Mark arnold was a pleasure to work with through out the process of initiating the repair to completion. I saw him going above and beyond for even helping me getting the claim checks endorsed by the mortgage company. The quality of work, timely completion and keeping the commitment of the dates are something that a customer expects and I got it all. These guys are awesome. They were on time and got to it right away. They found the issue was lose shingles on my roof which they nailed back and didn’t bill me. They are so honest. Mike and his crew were very honest people, told me exactly what was going on and that there was damage to the roof! I had a leak in the attic that was going to ruin the structural integrity of the roof if it wasn’t repaired. I got an amazing quote on it and Mike and his team took care of it the same day! Zeus Exteriors has been one of the bwst contractors I've used in my 37 years of home ownership. They're up-front about everything and will work with you and the insurance to make things happen. Their rep Bilal Kahn was fantastic to work with. He was in constant communication with us and went to bat for us with the insurance company multiple times, meeting them here and getting on the roof to make sure we got EVERYTHING we were supposed to. Roif and gutter crews cleaned up well and worked very quickly. Their fence guys are true pro's and matched our vinyl fence perfectly! Glad i got this company to take care of all our hail damage. Everything looks like new.

Mike Silcilian, Owner, responded to my Thumbtack request for roof damage within 15 minutes and visited me within 2 hours. Extremely decent person and very reasonable pricing. He came back on appointed date and time to complete the repair to my satisfaction. He inspected the whole roof and replaced identified a potential issue with an unused satellite dish. After a wind shear opened my skylight, I messaged Zeus Exterior’s early morning and before 7am they contacted me to come out and assess the situation. I thought for certain my skylight was ruined but apparently the fasteners had come out and lifted secondary to the wind shear. There was one fastener left and it was still hanging on. Mark made an assessment of my needs stating that in fact I could still utilize the original unit with placement of new fasteners. Mark did offer to gather the information for an estimate if I felt more comfortable with a complete replacement and I said I was confident in his repair- he agreed it should be fine but offered some suggestions on bolstering the skylight framing to strengthen it. This was an awesome experience and I am now considering hardy board placement by their team in the future.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Skylight installation
