One Tuesday evening, I noticed there was a leak around my upstairs bathroom roof vent. I called Shayne Wednesday morning, but it kept raining the whole day. He told me that due to the weather and other appointments, he would show up Friday morning. He said the vent needed some maintenance, so he fixed it. He told me to keep an eye on the leak, to make sure that after two rainy days, everything is fine. Sadly, we had more bad weather that evening, and the leak came back.I called Shayne, and he came back around and did a more thorough inspection of the problem. He found some holes on the roof and was willing to fix this, no exta charge. After a heavy rainfall, I checked my bathroom and didn't see a leak anymore.Shayne was knowledgeable and courteous and gave me great advice on how to repair the stain the leak made on my ceiling. I will definitely call him again when I need another roof repair.

Amazing team--had them come out to help try and locate a hard-to-find leak on a flat roof commercial strip center, and they were prompt, courteous, great communicators, and had a wealth of knowledge and suggestions they were willing to share. Just as they suspected, the issue was not the roof at all, but a rusted out AC drain pan. Even though there was nothing for them to fix this time, I wouldn't hesitate to use them at all for my roofing needs.

Back in March, a tornado blew through Deer Park and I lost some shingles on my roof. I called Image Roofing Company, spoke to Shayne Kohn and told him that I only wanted a few shingles replaced. The next day he came out to access the damage then sent a worker who did a great job. I cannot recommend Image Roofing more, both in general but especially if you're dealing with an insurance claim. Shayne is extremely knowledgeable, willing to explain anything and answer the endless amount of questions I had about everything, and he was both helpful and patient through a very drawn out process thanks to an insurance company.They did an amazing job on the roof, and they were able to get all of the decking and roof completely replaced in a day and a half. In the end I ended up learning a lot and my new roof looks great. Really, I can't recommend them more.

I highly recommend Image Roofing. We had to get a new roof or our insurance company was going to cancel our policy. Other companies just quoted me for a new roof, out of pocket. Shayne suggested going through insurance and walked us through the whole process. We were able to get insurance to cover it and only had to pay our deductible, so he saved us nearly $10k. Ja'Nae was also very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. The roofers were friendly and left the house and yard looking great! Thanks so much!

Image Roofing put a roof on for me approximately 10 months ago. In that time, I have had to contact them on two separate occasions. The first time I noticed one of the vents was not rotating and the second time was about a leak on a vent and additionally a small section of shingles, approx 16 inches by 6 inches, that had come off in a storm. For the vent not rotating, I had to contact him twice to get it fixed after I was told someone would be out that week. When I first contacted Shayne about the other two issues he said he would be out within a week again. Two weeks went by and never reached out to me. I reach out to him and he apologized, said he had been doing "training" in Dallas and came out later that day. I'm not sold on the leak fix, but he said he would be back for the section of shingles that blown off. He never contacted me back.Shayne comes off as a very nice and apologetic individual, but twice he has "forgotten" to follow through with what he has told me. I think if you have no issues with your roof, this company will leave a good impression, but if they need to fix anything, good luck. I find this an unacceptable characteristic for the owner of a company. I cannot recommend this company.Service: Roof installation

Shayne and his team did an AMAZING job on our roof. Our project was challenging, and there were a few hiccups, but Image Roofing was incredibly proactive and communicative, and all around killed it. When my insurance company demanded that I have my roof looked at or they would drop me, I was at a loss for who to call. I can't fully explain how easy Shayne and Eli with Image Roofing has made this process for me. They were very courteous and professional, as well as genuinely caring and compassionate about my specific needs and situation. They are just good people. The quality of work done by their subcontractor was very good. I now have a thirty year roof with ridge vents on a radiant barrier decking. I have already seen my energy costs go down and have yet to see my attic temperature get anywhere near triple digits, and it's the middle of August. Crew showed up at 6 am, when I got dressed and went in backyard it was 6:30 and already had nails and tar paper at the bottom of my pool.I told the boss and they finally threw a tarp over the pool.I told the boss not to scratch my new sprayed on decking (3 grand) . They put the ladder on it and scratched it up. When finished the roof they had to go into the attic to connect water heater to exhaust pipe in roof. Little did I know the guy tried to connect it but could not line up water heater to pipe above..next night my ceiling in bathroom came down with water from water heater. The guy could not make the connection and tried to move the water heater while crimping the hose..When I went into the attic after the ceiling came down I found nothing was connected, even the door for the gas pilot light was not put backI called and text several times and they are avoiding me. Shayne came a did roof repair for me he was very nice and came to my house when he said he would. He found spots that other roofers could not and other people said that my roof was fine when it obviously was not because it was leaking in my house. Shayne found them and fixed them in one day when I have been waiting for 2 other companies to come out just to look at my roof for over a week. We had what we thought was a couple of minor roof leaks. We got our first quote and was told we needed an entirely new roof. Obviously we were not excited to hear this news so we called around to get a few more quotes. Image Roofing was recommended from a friend so we called and was told not only did we need a new roof but that we had wind and hail damage and insurance would likely help us pay for a new roof. Shayne warned us this can be an exhausting and painfully long process and boy was he right. But it all paid off in the end because he fought for us and won. We were impressed with how Shayne kept us updated and honestly kind of treated us like family. We hope to not need anymore roof repairs anytime soon but will definitely call him if we do. Look no further, this is the type of service and professionalism that is rather absent in most contracting work. We noticed a minor leak that we were growing more concerned about over time. We noticed that this was a local roofer which is something that we wanted. Called up Image Roofing, Shayne answered the phone and immediately set up an appointment for the next day with a quoted price. The work was done promptly and Shayne was exceptional, he explained everything and let me know that if we had any problems to quickly call.
