Natchez Roofing replaced our roof on our house and garage. They also replaced our back porch, tying it in to the original roof line .They were very professional from start to finish. Any issues that were seen, they took care of it.The owner Robbie and our salesman James checked in daily to make sure that everything was good.I recommend and will use them in the future for other projects.

We had the best experience with Natchez Roofing. I reached out on their Facebook page and they called me right away, they were at the house to inspect the roof the next day. After calling the insurance company to file a claim, the adjuster came out a few days later and approved a new roof. The following Wednesday he had his crew there to start the work. His crew was very respectful and cleaned up the yard as they were tearing the old roof off, we were also was very please with them.Robbie is experienced in the industry and it made us feel comfortable to know he knew what he was doing, the communication was top notch and the service was at the same level. I have to say his wife Jackie has a great eye when helping pick the color to match the paint as she see's the roof's on a daily bases.They are very active in the community and volunteer at many events within the Pasadena, Deer Park, Laporte area. I highly recommend that you give them an opportunity, you won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend Natchez Roofing, they replaced my roof, soffits, fascia and gutters and were so accommodating to work with. I had too many roofing companies come out the last several months and felt like I was getting the runaround. Robbie and Jackie walked me through the process and helped me as I was working out of town while the work was completed. They were just amazing! We met Robbie at the Pasadena Strawberry Festival and decided to ask about an insulation job we sorely needed because our attic insulation was spotty in most places and gone in others. Within a few days we'd had him come have a look to give us an estimate, and he had a proposal for us very quickly! Less than two weeks from meeting him, the job is done and we can already feel how much cooler parts of the house are. He and his fellow worker Greg were incredibly polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They kept us up to date on what was happening throughout the process and made sure to leave no trace of trash, dust, or debris. They also redid our attic ladder while they were at it and it looks so much better (and fits the space better!) than our old one. I would absolutely recommend Natchez Roofing and Construction to anyone in need of any of their array of services.
