I contacted McEntire Construction Services on the recommendation of a neighbor. I was immediately impressed with how quickly they responded. We were able to get all of the details worked out through email, texts, and phone calls which saved everyone time. My quote came through very quickly and we scheduled the workers to come remodel our fireplace. The workers were here on time, worked carefully protecting all of our furniture, and were diligent in their efforts consulting us several times throughout the day to be sure they were completing the work as we were expecting. Their supervisor came with them at the start of the day and checked on them throughout the day. They quickly completed the job on the second day and cleaned up every bit of their work before they left. Once again, their supervisor called to check if they had arrived and to see if I was pleased with the work that was done. We are so happy with the look of the fireplace and are not waiting for a quote on another project at our home. I am definitely recommending McEntire to friends for their needs. He was hard-working, dependable, punctual, polite, and always answered any questions and took the time to explain what was going on throughout the project. It is a family business, and they aim to please. From start to finish, they were making sure that I was happy with the job they were doing. It was almost like having family (the ones you look forward to seeing at a reunion... 😊) working on a project at my house. Customer satisfaction is very important to them. I needed repairs on my roof and they came out to give me an estimate which was very reasonable and then did the work quickly. My roof was extremely damaged and I needed a few more repairs and each time they came out the men were always professional and friendly and cleaned up well after themselves so that there wasn't any mess in my yard.
