We recently hired Rich the Roofer to repair the hail damage incurred by the last hail storm! We were very pleased with the results and service....Rich worked with the adjuster to make sure all damage was covered and he was completely thorough in attention to detail! Rich the Roofer fixed my property after a hail storm. The service was quick and done extremely well. They also did a great job of clean up. They did a great job of taking care of us.

At first I was annoyed. Who was this ringing my doorbell? Normally I just let it ring, but for some reason I didn't this time. So I answered the door.I'm glad I did because I met Rich the Roofer. Rich told me that he was out scouting for more work and that there was an upcoming deadline for claims for the March 2016 hail storm. Rich offered to inspect my roof to see if I had any damage. He climbed up on the roof and did a very thorough inspection. His report was that I has hail damage and need a new roof. I was still skeptical, but he told me that he was an approved contractor for Allstate and that we could call in the claim. In minutes I received an email from Allstate with my claim number.When the Claims Adjuster came out, Rich met him and managed to get me a new roof, new gutters, wood repair and painting.Within days I had a beautiful new roof, gutters and paint. In addition I had Rich do some other wood repair and painting (not covered by the insurance) and he gave me a very fair price.I highly recommend Rich. He will go above and beyond to insure that you get the most from your insurance coverage and he stands behind his work.

I had already talked to, and passed on, half a dozen other roofing companies when Rich knock on my door. But his polite, friendliness made me want to give him the benefit of the doubt. He patiently explained the pictures he took of the damaged areas and walked me around the house showing me other signs of damage I had overlooked. I wasn't looking forward having to deal with my insurance and mortgage company, but once they were informed he was my contractor, I never had to deal with them again. The work has been done in a surprisingly timely manner and everything looks great. I won't hesitate to call him the next time north Texas weather wreaks havoc on my roof.
