I’ve been using Tristar for the last 8 years with projects ranging from bathroom repairs and remodels , wood floor refinishing, repairs needed because of termite damage, sheetrock repair and painting, tile floor installation and beadboard ceilings installed on 2400 sqft of porches. I will continue to use them into the future.

We have worked with TriStar on two projects on our house. Casey is the representative we have worked with both times and he is absolutely the BEST!! He was super quick to respond anytime we had questions and always explained situations and options to us very clearly. He was here frequently checking on things as work was being done. We had an excellent experience every step of the way with re-tiling our bathroom and installing a shower door. Casey made the process both transparent and enjoyable,starting with gathering design ideas and finding creative solutions for a tight space. I want to share our experience working with Casey Straugh at TriStar Repair and Construction.TriStar was recommended to us by a family member to do remediation, repairs, and remodeling after a flood event at my son’s home. My son works full time and was not able to help in much of the decision making and coordination of the work. So, he asked mom and dad to coordinate and oversee the work. Living out of state, we anticipated this being a problem. However, once we met Casey, we knew this would be a successful project.The scope of work in the 2500 sq ft home was a full kitchen remodel, drywall repair and flooring thru out, work in all 3 bathrooms, as well as some electrical work.The insurance company was involved, and the scope of work was not fully known until the remediation and demo work was under way.Casey and his team provided a very detailed and complete proposal, in a very timely manner.As the scope of work grew, they coordinated with the insurance company showing them the additional damage and reasoning behind the added costs.At one point, the insurance company put a hold on the project to allow them time to come and re-evaluate. Casey and his team had to pull off for over 8 weeks, all with no complaints.Once we had the go ahead to continue, he was able to quickly get his crews back to the home and complete the work.In this process, Casey was very thorough in giving us product samples and recommendations.Casey was always professional and timely in getting back to us when we had questions.He provided a construction schedule and modified it accordingly as the scope of work changed.I would not hesitate calling Casey and TriStar again should a need arise – the quality of work and professionalism Casey brought to the project was outstanding.Thank you Casey!!

An amazing professional small business. A true small family oriented local construction company that truly listens to both employee and customer. It's not always easy finding and honest contractor to work with or work for, but these guys set the bar high. A solid group of people from the office staff, to the management team and of course, the construction crew. You can guarantee that your needs, concerns or priorities will be taken seriously, and they will do the best job they can for you. A long overdue shout out, but these guys deserve good and you should give them a shout if you need an honest reliable construction company

I contracted with TriStar to replace all of the siding on my house. Matthew was very prompt in scheduling a time to give me an estimate, which was provided to me very timely. The work was completed when promised and at the priced quoted. All of the crew were incredibly hard workers, but Adam and Dalton really went above and beyond to make sure that work was completed properly. Great work, highly satisfied. I'd recommend these folks anytime!!

TriStar Repair & Construction did a variety of work for us, including fixing another contractor's poor quality, building an awesome cable-rail deck, and trim work. Their employees were on time, professional, and their estimates were very reasonable and accurate. I really appreciated their honesty, pointing out issues and why they were going to cause future problems, and fixing them. The owner was very responsive when needing estimates and scheduling, keeping us informed as to when the work would be done and following up afterwards. Highly recommend.

TriStar was recommended by our neighbors. They did a great job rebuilding our two fireplaces and a bay window that were damaged due to the mortar cracking and then rain causing issues. My previous experience with contractors hasn't been positive in that they are notoriously difficult to communicate with and you are never completely sure they understand what you are wanting. That was not the case with Matt and Adam. They both were responsive and timely. They reiterated their understanding of what I was expecting a few times and executed those expectations. This was a very pleasant experience and I would strongly recommend paying a little more to get the job done right.
