I am very satisfied to have my roof replaced by Weatherproof Exteriors with good quality at reasonable price. Carlos was my contact and he showed his professionalism to guide me through the whole process from inspection to insurance claim to completion of work. The task was well planned and timely scheduled. The crew came promptly at 8:30am and finished the job at around 5:30pm and then cleared away all the debris. Next day an inspector came to check the work to ensure everything well done. Maija followed up with a phone call to set up a start date. The crew came on time on the appointed date. They worked tirelessly on a very hot day and finished the job in about 9 hours. Weatherproof Exteriors replaced with new hail impact resistant shingles and new gutters. Bill and his team are very professional and easy to work with. They began work a day late, due to another job taking longer. This was fine with us as there was no pressing need to replace the roof. The crew showed up in the morning as they had said. They took off the old roof and gutters, and put on the new roof in one day. The team cleaned up the nails and other debris very well. The gutters are sloping as they should and we are very pleased. The roofing repair crew and the gutter crew were excellent. The work was promptly scheduled and completed efficiently. In addition to replacing some shingles that had been damaged by a tree brushing against the edge of the house, the crew determined that boots around vent pipes were in poor condition and replaced them. The quality of the gutter replacement appears excellent, both materials and workmanship. Finally, working with Carlos was a pleasure. He was extremely responsive to questions and followed up promptly.

Overall, good experience. Pedro and his team were responsive when we had questions and concerns. They were very good about helping us to document the new shingle material for our insurance company.
