We have been through several major remodels and the one done recently in Galveston by New Image Remodels on our 95 year old home was by far the best and they were so easy to work with throughout the whole project.The entire crew were all nice, very hardworking and trustworthy. We would not hesitate to recommend them, or call them again for any new project. If we could we would give them 10 stars!

I Had My Mom Request a Quote for some remodeling work on her older Home, He Refused to Listen to what SHE WANTED DONE, and kept telling her what HE wanted to do. I dont care if I want a Peacock built in my living room you build what i Request or Dont take the Job!!! I Hate i had to work and Couldn't be there. But I shouldn't have to police a contractor!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Johnny and his super crew! My house had experienced water damage from burst water pipes and I did not know who to turn to. New Image Remodels came in, did the demo and came back to put my houseback together again. The workmanship his crew does was so beautiful and professionally done. Johnny constantly communicated with me to let me know what would be happening during the reconstruction. He and his crew were very respectful of my home and my many pets while working on the reconstruction. Not only was his construction work exceptional, he had his cleaning crew come in and clean away all the dust and dirt after all repairs were completed! Total Kitchen RemodelingJohnny ( New Image Remodeling LLC). I first want to say thank you Johnny for your amazing work to our home. You’re an awesome human being. Professional, respectful, a great listener, you attention to detail is impeccable, not money conscious, you treat your customers homes like it’s your own. I can continue bragging about Johnny and his crew. I knew I needed a new and spacious kitchen, but I had no style or concept in mind. Johnny read my mind and give me a gorgeous white kitchen, “from night to day”. I call it. I have come across many constructors over the years, that have worked on my home, my parents home, or friends homes, and I have never met a contractor like Johnny. He came over to our home with few of his guys, among them was Sergio. my husband calls him (Johnny Jr.) lol. We talked, they looked around, did measurement and got us our estimate. he came over again discussed the estimate and we signed the contract. the work started right away. believe me am one hard business woman and I will make sure all my (i are dotted and t crossed), but Johnny have this light about him. Johnny is a man of his words. he communicated everything along the way. Johnny workmanship is impeccable. He and his crew were very respectful of our home Not only was his construction work exceptional, he had his cleaning crew come in and clean away all the dust and dirt after all repairs. custom cabinets, shelves, new lighting, new drywall, new beam and etc. Johnny and his crew were so easy to work with, they were respectful and always thoughtful and cautious with us. after signing the contract Johnny didn’t ask for any money upfront at all. we were surprised, because even the three (3) other quotes we already had needed down payments before starting and the balance before the job was completed. The quality of work done on every single thing they did was perfect. I couldn’t be any happier with this company, they made my dream kitchen come true! as I mentioned before I have worked with many contractors, but None of them were as professional, a man of his words or high quality as New Image Remodeling LLC. I would be happy to work with Johnny (New Image Remodeling LLC) again, and I would recommend them to everyone I know and meet that’s looking to hire a professional contractor. Thank you again.

From my wife...New Image RemodelIs an awesome company! I had a dream kitchen in my head and Johnny with New Image Remodels made it a reality. Johnny removed walls in my pass through kitchen, poured concrete and added beams giving me a 22x18 Kitchen!, a 4x8 island with 12 drawers and three cabinets, a 6x6 walk in pantry, a 6x6 Laundry room. His crew installed wood look porcelain floors throughout house, barn doors, custom cabinets and shelves, new lighting, new drywall, and they painted all but bedrooms and bathrooms. They installed a new tiled walk in shower and glass doors and after it was all done he sent a cleaning crew to the house. This was all done in less than 3 months. Johnny and his crew were so easy to work with, they were respectful and always thoughtful and cautious with us having a little one in the house. The quality of work done on every single thing they did was 100% perfect. We had a pipe freeze in the Master Closet Attic, with water damage in the closet, master bathroom, master bedroom, Livingroom, and office. New Image came out and did the demo work for water mitigation company and then came back after the house was dry to put everything back together. Johnny with New Image Remodels was so kind and helpful getting us through such a crazy time. Johnny and his crew worked with our schedule and worked quickly to get us back to normal as quickly as possible. And the rooms are beautiful. Since Hurricane Harvey, we have worked with a lot of contractors. None of them were as professional or high quality as New Image Remodeling. They came in, gave me a bid, and together we set a timetable for the repair work. They came in early every day and were gone by the time we arrived home. (Most other contractors showed up between 10am-2pm and worked throughout our dinners. It was hard sharing home life with them.) When they ran into a plumbing issue, he explained the issue fully and gave a good price for the extra work that was needed. There work was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves. There were no major delays during the work schedule. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, and it took exactly that. Most other contractors needed at least twice their quoted time. I would be happy to work with New Image Remodeling again, and I would recommend them to anyone. They reconstructed our bathroom shower. It looks beautiful now!

I can’t say enough about my experience with this company. I will never use anyone else for my remodel needs. Johnny came out almost immediately when I contacted him to give me a quote for the bathroom remodel. The work started on the day Johnny said it would and Carlos was there every day like clockwork at the same time. Carlos was extremely neat for the entire reno, even when he did the demo. I didn’t expect the remodel to be done on time bc of experiences with other contractors in the past but it was done on time, even when I made a change that required more work. Johnny answered every question I had and I was able to reach him every time I called.
