I used MBR Roofing to replace extended flashing in several areas of my home and repair the roof. MBR Roofing was very responsive. Super professional, always showed up on time (and timely coordinated with me so I would have no surprises), understood what I wanted and proposed great solutions. I trusted Marco Barcenas, the owner, and the work came out great. His team came in, were very efficient, and cleaned all before leaving. Mr Barcenas came at the end to check if all was done properly and did some extra improvements without being asked. MBR Roofing is the real deal. MBR was exceptional in replacing my roof due to hail damage! They were incredibly timely for all aspects of their service from initial inspection through material delivery and installation. They brought a large and experienced team which enabled them to do the job in a single day. I was especially impressed with their clean up! Not a nail to be found on the ground after the fact. They worked seamlessly to get me an estimate for insurance, complete with pictures and documentation, and held to their bid exactly. I have already recommended them to my neighbor for roof replacement due to hail damage. The team in the office is also very professional and worked with me to help select the right tiles for my home and to ensure availability. Easy to work with, professional, and good communication. I originally had MBR come check my roof for hail damage. They said there was significant damage, suggested I file a claim with my insurance, and offered to assist the adjuster if needed. Once I got insurance squared away, they came, did the install in 2 days and cleaned up everything. I would recommend for roof repair or replacement.Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation

They heard my concerns and recommended what would be best and I am definitely pleased with their work. He met with the insurance adjuster, which was a huge weight off my shoulders and made the entire process a breeze. **Note: Before and After Pics Posted!**I was taken advantage of by WINDOW GENIE OF NORTH AUSTIN whose poor services resulted in damaging my roof.Knowing roof repairs are expensive and could even cost over $10,000, I made sure to do my due diligence and research the roofers before I choose. I looked into over 10 companies and asked 5 to come out for inspection and estimates. (See my template.)Out of all of them, I chose MBR roofing and couldn’t be happier.From scheduling to inspection to the actual roof repair, MBR roofing made the process easy and pain-free.Candace, who does handles the office was not only professional but also knowledgeable and understanding about my concerns given my terrible experience with the gutter cleaners.Marco himself (who is the owner) came out, was on time and throughly inspected my roof. He listened to my concerns and answered all the follow up questions. By end of day, I received my estimate.Come repair day, Jose and his crew arrived on time and did such an excellent job on the project that I just had to take time to post this review (and add photos to prove it). They were on time answered my last minute questions, thorough in their work, and were careful to make sure my gutters were not further damaged.As added bonus, they even fixed the gutter guards and cleaned my gutters! (What Window Genie of North Austin failed to do.)Moving forward, whether its roof repair or full roof replacement, I trust no one else but MBR Roofing.
