Whenever we're in need of roof work, we call Texas Roof Repair. We had some extensive roof damage on a rental property of ours this past summer. The roof was old to begin with, and had been jury-rigged by whoever previously put the roof on the house - it was a mess. Texas Roof Repair came in and took care of everything, from start to finish, and they took the roof back to it's original design without any issues. It looks great! Then, just a few weeks ago, we had some large oak limbs trimmed away from our roof at home, only to find that the limbs had done done enough rubbing on the roof that the plywood deck had been exposed in several areas. We called Texas Roof Repair because several days of rain were in the immediate forecast. Texas Roof Repair came out that afternoon, assessed the damage, delivered the materials, and the repairs were completed the very next day just before several days of rain hit our area. Exceptional service from start to finish. We highly recommend Texas Roof Repair to anyone in need of roofing services. Five stars all the way!

While waiting for the replacement to be performed, my neighbors had their roof replaced by Texas Roof Repair, and after meeting their sales manager T.J. 10/10 Experience! We got hit with the brutal hail storm a few months back and have been waiting for replies from a previous roofing company. A friend of mine suggested I call TJ with Texas Roof Repair and boy am I glad I did. TJ came out the SAME day that I called him, evaluated the roof, and before the week was over had us on the schedule and was communicating exact pricing (something we had been waiting months for from another company). I am 9 months pregnant so getting a roof done before a new born came was a must and TJ made it happen. He was incredibly professional but also so comfortable and genuine when he came to the house. I never once felt threatened or like I was being taken advantage of and their crew that came out was also incredibly professional. I gave them an ice chest full of Gatorades and not only were they appreciative, but they even empty and cleaned out the ice chest for me. They did an incredible job cleaning up and we did not find any nails or trash in our yard and the gutters were installed within a week of our roof being completed. Everything looks amazing and was done very well. Call TJ - he will get you taken care of!

Texas Roof Repair is an amazing company to work with. I found Texas Roof Repair online after our insurance company offered limited help. I received a call back from TJ within an hour of sending an initial inquiry about repairs. TJ took everything from there, including coordinating with gutters repair and solar companies. When I couldn't get a hold of my original solar panel company, TJ gave me the contact information for a new one, which worked out well. I was always able to ask questions, at any time of day, and I always received a quick response. The estimates were reasonable and honest. The completed work is exceptional, and the crew only worked for one day. TJ made what could have been a massive headache a simple task, saving me valuable time and energy. The next time hail damages my roof, I'll be contacting Texas Roof Repair.

TJ was a referral given to me from a residential home inspector I've used several times before. Texas Roof Repair was recommended by my insurance agent when I requested the roof on our house to be inspected for potential weather damage and I filed a damage claim. TJ Likes from Texas Roofing Repair contacted me and scheduled an inspection. He and his manager did both a physical inspection of the roof and captured pictures using a drone. When TJ reviewed the claim adjustment from the insurance company, he identified some additional damage and items that should be covered by the claim. The insurance company accepted the adjustment. I was impressed with the proposal from Texas Roofing Repair TJ presented. It had a thorough and detailed explanation of each item. After accepting the proposal, TJ schedule the roof replacement with a 10 day lead time. On the day the project began, TJ and the crew arrived early and began installing Texas Roofing Repair’s “Catch All Property Protection System.” The net system protected all of our plants, HVAC and pool equipment from potential damage from falling debris removing the old roof. I was impressed with the level of effort they took to protect our property - no plants or equipment was damaged. TJ stayed on the property for almost all of the two days the project required. He identified several items that came up and ensured these were handled. I was impressed with his professionalism and ability to drive results! When the crew finished, the property was thoroughly cleaned and magnetic devices were used to pick up any remaining nails. TJ came back to the property two days later to see if I had any issues and also used a magnetic roller to cover the property again for potential metal debris. I was very impressed with TJ and Texas Roofing Repair for the value, professionalism, and quality of the final product. After a large-scale, high-pressure renovation company swindled me into signing "a limited time offer" for a roof replacement job, TJ quickly addressed my request for quotation, got out to take a look at my roof and put together a fair and honest quote. TRR not only confirmed that the big company was trying to rip me off with a ludicrous price, but also informed me that my roof was in relatively good condition and likely didn't need replacement in the near future as I had been mis-lead to believe. I cannot speak to the quality of their workmanship as I have not had work done at this time, but for any future roofing needs, Texas Roof Repair will be my first call.
