HORRIBLE company!!! I was asked if they can do an inspection for FREE! I agreed and when I let them know we did not want to go through with the claim at this time they told me there would be a 15% cancellation fee! for what??? I HAVE NO CLUE. they didn't do anything but give a free inspection. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! There should be a zero star tbh

If I could give it 0 stars I would… They are harassing my elderly parents, going by their house everyday, honking their horn when they don’t answer the door, made them sign a contract in English, my parents are both Spanish speaking. I personally spoke to Luis S about my parents situation and instead of hearing me out, he was very rude to me, started screaming/raising his voice which I never did to him, even after my mom told him he could talk to me. Very unprofessional and rude!

I worked for this business for a total of 4 days (12 hours) (orientation period) and then I decided that I no longer wanted to work there due to the job description being completely opposite of our job duties. I was then told that I would not be getting paid. I am very displeased with how this was handled and would like to inform anyone else applying for the customer representative position that you will almost never be indoors doing office work. You will almost always be outside in the heat doing door to door advertising, so keep that in mind before applying. I never like resorting to leaving a bad review but I felt in this case it was necessary because I practically worked for free.

"***Be advise do not use Skylight Roofing***They are frauds and there targets are old people, that don't even know any better they will take advantage. If you let them! They're unprofessional. They do not write you a itemized letter or any quotes for that matter they're interested in how much money they can make off of you. You don't have to let them know how much your insurance sent you. There fraud B.S contract is set up to take advantage of you. They're not even certified State of Texas, if you see them on your property call the cops.bunch of pot smokers, they're not even registered thru the Better Business Bureau, they're door to door offering their services. Don't let them fool you! They all say they are the owners!Make sure you deal with the owner, which was never cleared who was the owner!!!Who's the real owner of this fraudulent place?
