Last year (2016) I had Chad Hensley (part owner) of Energy Construction build me a gravel pad in front of my hay barn. After the work was done I paid him but did tell him I need a few more loads of 1.5" rocks (reason being the road gravel used I was told would pack and get hard like it does on the road but it never did...remains slushy after a rain) to help solidify the pad. Chad agreed to this but never did the work. For weeks I called him and received no answer or call back. When he finally did respond via text message he was very defensive and had no interest in keeping his word. While the equipment operator was pretty good, the owner/general manager Chad has terrible customer service and I do not recommend him. There are many more competent contractors with better pricing out there to subject yourselves to his lack of customer service.
