Aside from doing a great job, he worked with the insurance to get the roof approved for a claim and helped me process the claim to completion. Highly recommended!

Hired company to replace our old roof 10 years ago. During last weeks winds, which at one time measured at 70 mph winds, several of the shingles were blown off. I contacted the company on Monday morning to advise them of my dilemma. By early Tuesday morning, workers were already at my home, fixing and repairing the shingles on my roof! I honestly expected to get the runaround or excuses on why they couldn’t do the repairs. Roof was completely fixed and repaired with no additional cost to me! Very poor communicator! Called twice to get an estimate. Made an appointment. He stated they would be out at a certain time. After 1.5 hours of being late, I called back and asked if he was still coming. He stated he was running late but never apologized for not calling me to tell me that he was running late. He then stated he could be out at another time and then never showed up and never called. I guess I'm lucky as I wouldn't want a contractor that doesn't know how to respectfully communicate and follow through on his word.
