This company agreed to work on my roof in the beginning of October 2022. Eduardo Duran, the owner, took our check for over $4000 as half payment so that they could start work on our roof. Unfortunately, they never did any work what so ever, and have yet to refund us any of our insurance money. In the beginning, Eduardo kept rescheduling the start date. We would agree on a date but no one would show up, not even a phone call letting us know they weren't Coming. This happened many times until we decided to cancel everything a requested a refund around Thanksgiving 2022. We feel scammed, it has been very stressful trying to get our refund, worst experience ever, I would never recommend this company to anyone, this company does not deserve its name "American Freedom Roofing & Construction" , it's the opposite of that. We are now seeking legal counsel, it is now March 2023 and no refund, check the YELP reviews, there you will see this same thing has been done to many others. Also, the Better Business Bureau has this company rated at "F" despite the American Freedom Roofing & Construction website stating they are BBB certified. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission.Service: Roof repair

American Freedom Roofing and Company not only helped me replace my roof but also helped me create my dream backyard! They added beautiful planters and replaced the shingles on my roof in an efficient and timely matter! I hardly write reviews but I had to share and write about the amazing experience I had with this company. I highly recommend them to not only help with repairs on your roof, but any exterior designs needed in your home. Their employees are very hard workers, professional and amazing in all aspects! American Freedom Roofing & Construction did an outstanding job on my roof and interior damage to my home. Not only did they do there work in a timely manner they went above and beyond. Highly recommend! It’s hard to find honest people in this business, unfortunately. But these guys were awesome. I called American freedom roofing for a big leak in multiple areas in the house after all the hail and rain recently. They gave me a free estimate, which was very reasonable for the job and quality of work. They started working pretty quickly and had the job done in no time. They are officially my go-to company. We had a couple other people in town take a look before AFR, but they would not show up when they said and the prices were all over the place. The people at American Freedom Roofing actually communicate well and show up on time! SO hard to find people this professional and honest in this business. Don’t waste your time going to others and waiting around. Hire AFR for great quality work and honest people.

American Freedom Roofing was recommended to me by my Traveler’s Insurance Agent. My roof had to be replaced due to a recent hail storm. I’m completely satisfied with the roof repair job they did at my house. They showed up to greet me and let me know when and what would take place. They showed up on time and on date. They were quick in tearing down and installing my roof and most importantly they cleaned up after the work was done! I have pets, green landscaping and a pool which made me nervous about them leaving roof material and nails on the ground. I thought I would have to go and clean up after the job was done, but didn’t have to. Thank you!

Recently, we had major water damage to our home and were devastated. While looking for a reliable contractor, we were advised to seek American Freedom's services. Best decision ever.Eduardo was meticulous when assessing the work that needed to be done. He was attentive to our needs and ensured quality work, for a fraction of the price that other contractors were trying to charge us. His crew did an amazing job getting the repairs done. Mind you, we needed exterior and interior work done. They worked in a timely manner and were super respectful when in our home.Eduardo and the crew answered any questions I had promptly, which was great, because I'm a need to know type of person. Eduardo made it a point to check in daily, to ensure the work was done correctly and up to great standards.All in all, we had a great experience with American Freedom, and will use their services again, if we ever need them again.

They started a job at the beginning of March that they quoted would take 7 to 10 days. It was ripping up and replacing my hard wood floors. They destroyed my down stairs floors and have never been back to replace the flooring, yes almost 6 months later and our floors are stilled destroyed, we can not walk downstairs without wearing shoes due to the splinters left behind ,Ed was really quick to take my deposit and even though he agreed to refund my deposit I still have not received a penny. I caution anyone using this company even though it was recommended by travelers, which travelers did say they removed him from their referral list, to do your homework and read the reviews before handing over money to this companyServices: Drywall repair, Flooring

I highly recommend American Freedom Roofing services to my El Paso family. Although the Country is going through a difficult time due to COVID-19, Mr. Eduardo and his team were prompt to offer their services no matter the situation. We received a free quote and assessed the damages due to a plumbing issue. Damages were fixed in a timely manner and we were able to resumed our normal routine in no time.
