This has been 2 years of frustration. After we paid Mark (the owner) I have been unable to contact him. There was poor quality work replacing my tile roof to the point it leaked and damaged our interior of our home. When I was finally contacted by someone representing Mark and American Roofing (and Solar) they came out to make repairs 3 separate times and simply tried to do the minimum but on the 4th time the repair work was done. I am still waiting for a response but his representative contacted me to offer a general contractor that would complete the interior repairs for a good rate. I am sooo happy that we did not get Solar through American Solar/Roofing. I’m still holding out hope to reconcile my interior repairs <><.

No complains. My roof had hail damage . Then Rudy Espinoza, the mgr. Prepared everything. He talked to the insurance for the money and did an excellent work very fast. In three days everything was done and cleaned.I did not have to pay nothing.Service: Roof installation

I did my roof 1 year ago and I am truly satisfied! Great quality job...they gave me a package deal for my Solar Panels extended my roofing warranty. Mark and the team at American Roofing Pros really got it down, he made sure my roof got approved and did the job right!

This company claims to be Veterans friendly but they are far from that. They over charge and when you think I’m paying more for customer service you will be completely wrong! First during our new roof installation they damaged our new garage door and didn’t want to take responsibility for it. When they finally decided to replace it the ordered the wrong color garage door and when it was bought to their attention they painted it. It looks to terrible but they refused to make it right even after showing them receipts of it being brand new. After they finished with the new roof we had buckets of materials coming off the roof. We were told this was normal for months ! Finally they bought out the crew to remove the materials and still have it coming off the roof. We call and email them and no response ! They claim we got to have the roof inspected to keep our warranty valid they gave us a number of someone else who does the inspections and Just like their company no response !!! American Roofing are truly the Pros. They fought with my insurance to get my roof funded after trying three times and failing. They work quickly and even upgraded me to a better roof for free!!!! They also switched me from an old swamp cooler over to refrigerated air for free with a custom solar system. New roof, no electric bill, and cool summers!!! Highly recommend.

Very quick and very thorough i appreciate william taking the time to walk us through our roof replacement and offer us solar that beat out 3 other quotes i got from Solar companies. it feels great to give business to a locally owned general contractor they always gave me a call before they came to my house thank you American Roofing Pros 5 Stars!!

Great experience with these guys. My father and I both had our roofs done and needless to say they are amazing. The guys did both roofs in a fast and timely manner. The staff is friendly and they clean up after themselves real well.

I just finished inspecting the roof replacement, and Central air-conditioning remounting done by American Roofing Pros. Their work is amazing, military parade grade perfection! They are very professional, and respectful. I look forward to having them do other construction work for me in the future.

Roof job was completed on my Mom’s house but I took some follow ups to have it completed. Ensure everything is in writing and verbally as well. A working supervisor missed something but was fixed afterwards! Inspect your materials as well! A repair was completed after high winds lifted some shingles weeks after work was completed. Marks crew made the repair with no issues!

These guys came and did my mom's roof. I showed up to make sure she was not alone. Guys showed up on time and broke down the procedure. The owner also was there and was respectful by acknowledging that I was there. Start to finish they completed the roof replacement and left no trace that they were there.. I thank you

Rual hooked us up with a nice roof. He was always on time very respectful and quick on getting the answers. The company its self only took 3 days to complete my roof. Now he is helping us to go solar and use our own energy.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It starts from a dishonest salesman, Julian Johnson who got the help from a more dishonest salesman, Robert “bob” Davis They were so unprofessional the owner, Mark Hernandez got involved. But the owner was the worst one of all. The owner stated I could not get a copy of the contract because the salesman, Davis, who I signed with, was fired and he took the contract with him. He was not fired and they still had the contract the whole time. When I told them I didn’t want to do business with the company the contract all of a sudden was there. When I asked for my copy I was told I needed a subpoena to get it. Why would an honest company require a subpoena? Hernandez was the most dishonest and said that I needed to “man up” and “stop acting like a chick” along with lie after lie. This company is so terrible they actually have the employees, see the names mentioned above, pad the reviews with 5 stars to try make this company and the other sister companies look good.

I would not recommend hiring american roofing pros to anyone. They employ lying, untrustworthy individuals that have no managerial organization to fall back on. Plain and simple, work was a greed upon and not delivered! Horrible experience! So, save yourself some money and an unnecessary headache and hire someone else!

Horrible company to do business with. Their own employees pad the reviews. Just check the reviewers, they only have reviews dealing with this company or sister companies. Get everything in writing, and do not trust Mark the owner. I have plenty of proof showing his dishonesty. Would regularly disrespect me and other members of my family. Contact me with any questions you may have. By the way, Mark, it's not LIBEL if its true. Check the city court records, there are judgements against this company, his other companies AND the owner.Service: General construction

Their tar machine caught on fire and they flushed the street cleaning in front of my house and continued to work on the roof. Now it’s getting all over my garage, inside my drive way and inside my house. When I contact the owner Mark he said not his problem. Basically told I could clean it myself or he’d get to it whenever.

By the way Mike Segura is the foreman so his review is fake. Just call the company and ask for him...that's the review below mine. I would venture to say that most of the good reviews are family, friends or employees who actually have not had to "work" with them...
