Be ware of this company they are NOT INSURED OR BONDED.Americhoice Construction LLC wa assigned by Medicare to make a restroom renovation to make it accessible to an elderly person in a wheelchair. During the renovation process, a pipe was punctured and it was overlooked by Mr. Omar Favella. After the renovation was completed and the water was turned on the small punctured pipe started to slowly leak. The next morning we found the restroom and the adjacent rooms were flooded damaging the hardwood floors. We called Mr Favella and he came to repair the pipe and the restroom, but he refused to fix the damaged floors from the water. Mr. Favella claimed his worker should be held responsible and not his company ( Mr. Favella refused to use his company insurance to pay for the damages.) Mr. Favella also stated that we should use our homeowner's insurance to repair the damages. As of 12/23/23, the floors are still damaged and there's been no response from Mr. Favella.
