I would highly recommend this company to anybody Who is in the market for a roof. While other companies told me that I had to replace my entire roof when I called this company for a second opinion, They assured me that my roof was OK to be maintained, Which ended up saving me thousands of dollars. Marco Estrada even went The extra mile and found me an insurance company that was able to insure my home, as well as my roof. As a single female, I guess it's easy for other people to try to take advantage of my Lack of knowledge when it comes to roofing and construction and things of that nature. The roof was done at my house a week and half before a storm. I had my relator go by my house to check on the roof since I am not in El Paso to find out that there was a leak in the roof. Also, when she arrived to my house she found a hole in my house that was from the trailer hitch running into my house along with trash left behind. I did not receive a phone call or message informing me of one of their workers causing damage to my property. I had to find out by my relator that there was damage to my property over a week after work was complete. When I spoke to owner he stated "accidents happen and it would get fixed" he refuse to give me any discount from the price I was given. I now have a house that you can tell there was work done to the front and I am trying to sell it. I would never recommend them due to moral and communication. Yes, he repaired the roof and did work on the hole... the moral of doing a hit and run on a customers house and not saying anything about it is not a company I would want to hire.

Text messaging ro confirm coming to do roof estimate and then no call no show. Then am hour later robo text messaging how did the estimate go. If they had just called I would have understood but this is one my wont do business issues so they dont need my business or anyone else's
