This company has been consistent and very accessible. We received a call from Isaac as soon as we reported our issue and he was at our house the very next morning to assess the situation. Isaac and Mark have come to the house everyday during our plumbing ordeal making sure everything is OK and to make sure our needs are met. He has kept in contact via phone, text and in person, expamining in detail and answering all questions as well as dealing with the insurance directly. We are very satisfied and highly recommend their services. We will keep them on speed dial for future restoration needs.

I had water damage from leaking pipe in the wall. It caused water damage to the dry wall and base boards in both bathrooms. After the plumbers were done with their work, I called complete fire and water restoration and y'all came out that same day and set up fans in each bathroom. It took a few days to dry everything. Very professional and polite and answered my questions (more than once). Thank you all. Will recommend you to friends and family!!!

Everyone is so friendly. They are getting our house back in shape after a garage fire in December. But they have violated my privacy.
