Everything was top notched! Valerie Moore and the project manager went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best possible service. As for the installation, it was quick and hassle-free, the technicians were very polite , knowledgeable and professional. One thing that this company stood out was their motivation and effectiveness on getting the brand that I requested (American Standard) . Other HVAC companies, were pushing to install Goodman and Champion …and of course, they all wanted to install the unit up on the roof. Diaz took the challenge, and at my request, installed the unit on the side of the house! Definitely recommend these guys!

I chose Diaz Services for several reasons. At the time of this review Diaz Services had an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. Also, they were recommended by an inspector and a mechanical contractor who does work in New Mexico.Nicolas came to my home and was very professional in preparing an estimate for a new A/C. I did get quotes from other cotractors, but Diaz Services was the most recommended company. This is why I chose them.The team of Brant, Misrael, Aaron and Nicolas, all did a great job installing a new Phoenix Aerocool Trophy 4800 series A/C in my 60 year old home. They arrived promptly at the appointment time of 9am. They went right to work staging the work and taking down the tired old swamp cooler. The installation of the rooftop unit was basically done by 1pm. I had some dry board repair done around the single register for my home. The dry board repair was completed by 1:30pm. This did delay the final wiring for the 6 position switch somewhat.Did Diaz Services give the lowest quote. No, but they were competitive. I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for.All in all, I am very happy with the results and how quickly the work was completed. I highly recommend them!

Called Diaz services for a recent home purchase to come and answer a few of my questions. They informed me that there would be an assessment fee of $125.The technician showed up late, but he was professional and seemed to answer a few of my questions although he didn't really propose a solution to a few of the problems that he pointed out. He also gave me incorrect information about the wiring required for a smart thermostat that I was looking to install (which I had to troubleshoot later).I paid the fee and he left.A few weeks later I get a call from Diaz services stating that they have been trying to reach me regarding the $125 assessment fee. I honestly forgot I paid it, the person on the phone assured me that I did not because they had sent several requests for payment. After a quick check of my bank account, I found the proof that I did, in fact, pay the fee in full on the same day as the assessment.I had to call Diaz services back and inform them that I did pay and that I had proof, and would like a receipt for payment. Not so much as an apology. Poor customer service, billing department, and overall satisfaction was left severely lacking. Very unfortunate.If you use their service be sure to ask for receipt of payment because I get the feeling I am not the only person this happens to.Service: HVAC system maintenance

We have Diaz Service installed a ruud package unit, reroof part of the house, elastomeric and maintain the roof and electrical panel upgrade. They finish the job professionally and pass inspection around one week.We were out of town for a conference for three days during the installation. My dog run out of the kennel and pooed all over the house. Mr. Diaz cleans some of the mass, so I did not have to do too much after the exhausted trip. We had other construction job going during the time. When the time they trash their waste, they help clean out other people’s trash as well. I am really appreciated all the extra work they have done.To sum up, we start with a detailed estimation quote and they finished the work professionally without any surprise.

Wanted to give these guys a higher rating initially because I thought they might have done a good job servicing my HVAC in prep for the summer for a total of 1 grand. However, they failed to connect my heater properly after reinstalling everything after completely removing it and cleaning it. The first cold front of the fall and we are unable to turn on my heater because of them. I give them a call to let them know they improperly reinstalled my HVAC and the temperature of my home was dropping to the 50s. They took 3 days to come back! After they came back and connected everything correctly which only took about 5 minutes, the technician tried to blame someone else for “messing” with my appliances. I told him he was the last and only person to ever work on my HVAC. Even then he continued to argue with me! Needless to say, will not be calling these people back to service my AC.

I cannot say enough great things about this team. They were professional, very clean and RESPECTFUL of my home. When they came to install a Super V, they treated my home with the utmost care. Not only did they use covers to lay their equipment to protect my floors, walls and vents but they cleaned up after themselves. That meant a lot to me considering the many contractors that came and left messes or worked directly on my floors and home and didn’t bother or didn’t clean up.

I was having trouble with my home warranty and claim with the previous company we were dealing with after 17 frustrating days without AC, I asked the home warranty to change the company, fortunately, they contacted DIAZ SERVICES, and in just 3 days (between the Technicians came to my house until they received and install the part that was damaging my AC).Valerie was always super helpful and courteous when I called her.Diaz services fixed my air conditioner and Arturo, and Joel did an excellent and clean job, there were always on time. Great knowledgeable staff, I was having issues with my system and noticed these guys were servicing a unit next door. I spoke with Niko about the issue I was having and he sent me one of the techs on-site Arturo. Both where very professional and attentive and Arturo was able to quickly give me some tips on what to do. I did what they told me to do and my unit is up and running g without any issues. Thank you both for the great service. Will definitely work with them again and would highly recommend.

From the lady taking calls to the technicians, low quality and unprofessional attitude. I scheduled a service and first of all the guys coming to my house use one of the spare filtes that I had, without asking. All other companies provide the filters when servicing the units. I had to call them several times to get my invoice. Then, they did a diagnostic on my unit and even that I called to get the repair done, they never get back to me to schedule the repair. I won't recommend them to anyone.

I was having trouble with my home warranty; claimed they couldn’t find a local company to do the job. (my air conditioner had stopped working for 3 days) So, I called Diaz services and they immediately agreed.The owner himself took the initiative and called my home warranty himself to give his information. Diaz services fixed my air conditioner on the same day and did an excellent job. They even let me know what I needed to do to prevent my air going out in the future! If you are looking for professional kindness and thorough hard workers that know their stuff, Diaz Service is the place to call. They have a client in me for as long as own my home!Since the day of putting my work request in, Diaz Service have been on point. I received a call from them not even 15 minutes later to set up an appointment. Gary, was very professional and very sweet. He worked hard to get my A/C to run properly again. He explained everything to me in details I could understand. And made sure I was OK with everything he was going to do. He was even cool to my dad (who thinks he can work on everything 😆). He didn’t sugarcoat anything and was straight forward when letting me know how old and out dated my equipment was, and that if was subject to give out soon.Well, that’s just what happened a couple of days later. I had no problems with them coming back out to check the issue. After figuring out the compressor crapped out, they worked with my home warranty to get it resolved.Manny (the owner) called me to explain when the warranty company would take care of and he also gave me a few other options to work with. They will be back out to take care of the compressor soon (update to follow). Thank you guys and gal! 😉

Services provided was great and always let me know where they were in the process and when they could schedule the next steps to complete the service. We have a two story home and recently had an AC Refrigeration unit installed for both floors. After asking around and searching for references, we finally selected three companies to come and give us a quote for an AC Refrigeration install for our home (for both floors): Reliable Heating and Cooling, Frontera Refrigeration and Diaz Services, Inc. We called and asked for quotes from the three companies. Reliable was a bit too forward in their salesmanship; we asked for a quote, which we were given, but the sales rep wanted and pushed for an immediate contract signing which is something we were not prepared to do until we had a chance to discuss and review between ourselves all the quotes. This approach from Reliable was a complete turn off to us even though their quote was very reasonable. Frontera was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional when the tech came to give us a quote and because of this we were inclined to go with them, but after reviewing and comparing the quotes from all three companies we felt their quote was a bit too high for our budget. Diaz Services was, also, very courteous, knowledgeable and professional when the rep came to give us a quote. We were impressed with the ease with which he went about sizing up our home for the proper refrigeration unit for both floors. He gladly answered any questions or concerns that we had about switching to a refrigeration unit install. After reviewing all three quotes, we decided to go with Diaz Services, Inc. The quote from Diaz was in the middle of the three quotes and very affordable and, once again, we were very impressed with the tech that came to our home to give us the quote. Once Diaz began the refrigeration install at our home, we were not disappointed. The crew that did the install was very polite, courteous, clean and professional. What I think impressed us the most was how very mindful and careful the crew was about our home, property and personal belongings as they went about with the install. After the install, the city inspector came to our home to inspect the units to make sure everything was done to city specs. The inspector found a minor flaw that needed to be taken care of before he would okay the install. When Diaz was informed of this, a tech was immediately sent to our home to take care of this flaw and afterwards the install passed the inspection with flying colors. I have used Diaz Services for the last 3 season cycles. They have prepared my house for summer and for winter and they have been very good. I just had my house converted from summer to winter and Garry was my technician and he was THE BEST yet!! He was very thorough and when I asked questions he was able to answer them and give me an assurance that all is well. He checked my filters, checked for any gas leaks. Best service from them and I’ve been very satisfied over the years. I would rate them a 10!!! Thank you!!

Diaz Services did an exceptionally great job in replacing my two refrigeration units at my home. Within 24 hours of my call with both units down and temperatures in the 100 plus degrees Mr Diaz had us back on a very comfortable 72 degrees. I usually don't post or review about businesses just for the sole fact it's their sole job to do a job that a customer requires, so why leave a review right? Well our AC system is an older system, around late 90s I believe. It was working but not really, it took alot of energy which cost me more money and the efficiency was not great since our house was never what I set our thermostat to. I called Diaz because I have gotten to know a couple of the technicians in the company and I got told to try them out so I said why not. I called on a Tuesday Afternoon and I thought I'd be on a waiting list like everyone else. They told me Friday possibly but I had a technician come down Wednesday evening! I wasn't even prepared for the call, they called me said they were on the way if that was alright and I said of course! Our technician, or professional however you address them was a very kind man, I should've asked him but I'll post anyway because I was so impressed. His name was Mickel Carlson and I remember because I called him Micheal and he laughed and said it's ok, I get that a lot. He was absolutely friendly and professional, he was timely and as you've noticed I'm quite the chatter box but he listened to me talk almost the whole time while doing his job. So if he can do that, and he did an amazing job installing our new unit, I only give 100 percent to him and this company! I want to thank Manny Diaz and his entire crew for the quality work they did on my parents home. My dad has been complaining for years about the swamp cooler on his roof and how it just can’t keep up with the El Paso HEAT. Diaz Services came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Diaz Services really went far and beyond my expectations. I called the office on Tuesday afternoon because my AC was blowing warm air. I spoke with Renee and she promptly scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday morning. Aaron the technician showed up on time the next morning! He checked my unit, explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Great customer service. I love working with locally owned businesses.
