This company knows its materials. Done Right Roofing went above and beyond my expectations when I found out my insurance would not be able to cover the costs. Mr Manny Ramírez contacted my insurance and fought for me, showing them additional damages that my adjuster did not originally note, and my insurance was then able to pay for most of the work. We first were introduced to Done Right Roofing in a TV commercial showing the foam roof coating. We have dealt with leaks in our patio roof for years but despite having an appraisal of the roof, nothing was identified as damage that insurance would cover.Manny Ramirez replied to our call and evaluated our roof and pointed out numerous things that were less than ideal, if not totally wrong. He gave us an estimate for the patio only to have foam but then explained how other issues might still persist because of the lack of adequate “boots” for the vents, pipes, and chimney.Ultimately, we chose to have the whole roof replaced with shingles and the flat patio roof foam sealed. The service provided by all of the staff and roofers was exemplary. They were totally reliable, arriving promptly at 7 am each day. They were careful to protect the yard and house. They were considerate and worked very cleanly - picking up any trash before stopping work daily.Mr. Ramirez was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. When we asked if they could also install a solar tube while the roof was exposed, we was happy to facilitate it and now we have so much light in our formerly very dark den. The roof passed inspection by the city and we couldn’t be happier with the look of the new roof and the new natural light inside.We highly recommend Done Right Roofing without hesitation! I’m confident you won’t be disappointed.

Back in November, a few different areas of our roof suffered from leaks after a storm one day. We were debating between traditional roof repair or polyurethane spray. Manny was very informative & knowledgeable, as well as responsive with any questions or concerns we had, as we were not very familiar with this technique of roof repair. Highly Recommend!!! Will definitely be doing business with Done Right again!We met Josh at Home Depot and my dad spotted him since he was wearing his done right company shirt. Gave him our address and showed the same day to give us an estimate to install a door. We scheduled for the following Friday and let me just say he kept his word in working with our schedule, showed at the time he said he would. Both gentleman were very courteous and professional in handling our door, and the professionalism he should us while they were doing the work. Outstanding job, thank you Josh!

Very professional, polite and outstanding work. They sprayed a polyurethane roof for me this week and did a great job for a great price. The owner was prompt with the estimate and very good about keeping me up to date on the work being done. Manny pulled permits for their work and the inspection was done the day after completion of the roof.

If I could give Done Right more than 5 stars, I would...They are reliable, professional, clean and all around great. Not just did they take care of our roof, but other issues that needed to be addressed after this summers hail storm too. After paying 750.00 dollars for patch work they would not answer phone to fix lingering problems. They promised to come by but haven't they're too busy. very dissatisfied with their follow up. They don't care. Seems like all they want is for you to commit to a new roof for of course thousands of dollars. Why would i do that if they can't even take care of a small roof problem. I think they are not customer friendly.
