Purchased shingles and supplies for a total of $1251.65. Unfortunately, the shingles were not what was needed, however, went back the following morning (not even 24 hours after) to return and exchange for the correct material, plus, purchased additional supplies. To my surprise, they still charged a 10% restocking fee.I called to see if they would refund the restocking fee since the transaction was less than 24 hours later but the supervisor Erica and manager Rachel refused to be considered or understanding. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!

We delivered some freight here today and I must say In my 25 years of driving I have never met the nicest, friendliest people! Everyone that works for this con that I interacted with greeted me with a smile and a Hello and good morning! It was a very nice change of pace! The owners should commend their staff ! They do not adhere to their hours posted. They listed on their door that they would be open until 13:00. We arrived from the opposite side of town at 12:30 only to be told they closed early for the holiday weekend even though their special holiday hours sign reflected their operations are until 13:00. When we mentioned that while pointing to it, the employee shrugged her shoulders and walked to her car. They just lost a potential client. This was our first time visiting the site as well. Looks like we will do business with their competitors as they just proved to be unreliable. They are getting one star since zero is not an option.

I've shopped Frontier Tile several times over the last few years. The girls at the desk call someone to the front to ensure you receive exactly what you want, you pay, and they load it immediately. The longest delay is waiting at the front desk. I'm usually in and out within twenty minutes and they've always had what I needed. They probably deserve a five but I only give those if someone really makes my day.

I was just there this morning to get some prices and information. I stood in front of three very comfortably seated ladies who were just too busy with their conversation to stop and ask why I happened to be standing there. After a while I left and went somewhere else.

The yard people are lazy and always on their phone. They dont help you load your material. To top it off, you tell them thank you after loading your own material and they totally ignore you.

After being charged 50% restocking fee to return a roll of roofing material company is obviously more about the $$ than cultivating a return customer. I will take my business to somewhere that is concerned with customer service.

Bad service..if there was another roof supply place on the eastside..i go..i try to get as much as i can from lowes...They have people working the counter that have no idea about roofing....they have to ask about everything..there rude.....it takes u an hr just to get a box of nails
