Do not hire this company. You will save yourself lots of money and headaches.We hired them in October 2022 to repair a water leak in the den. We hired them again in December 2022 to do some electrical work and install A/C system in the entire house.The water leak started again as soon as the rain season began. They did the electrical work, but never finished the A/C and completely damaged our ceiling while installing the ducts. Mr. Gutierrez keeps ignoring our calls and messages.We will do anything in our power to get our money back and we hope that no body has to go through everything we have been going thru.I have a 14 month old baby, our house gets and continues to get really hot during this high temperature. Sometimes it is even impossible to sleep at night because it feels so hot.We live in Van Horn, it rains a lot, so our roof continues to get damaged with each rain.Below you can see the pictures of his unfinished work and the damage to our ceiling as well as the water leak.Services: Home renovations, Remodeling, Roof installation, Electrical work

What can I say? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Below is a description of why ALL the above apply.My wife and I hired them on February 1, 2023 to convert our garage. The last day they came to work was April 28, 2023. They left the job unfinished, and very poor workmanship and unpermitted electrical work. They didn't even pull the correct permits!I eventually had to go through their bond to get money to finish the job, and it's still not finished. It's now August 19, 2023, and I am barely able to get another company to finish the job because all the other contractors didn't want to trust the work that was already done. Literally, had 5 companies come look at it to finish it, and only ONE was willing to help finish it. The Bond company won't even cover the poor workmanship, because the language of the bond only covers "up to code." I'm stuck with a poorly converted garage, that will barely meet code requirements.Service: Remodeling

We had them redo our roof and after the first rain. It leaked. They did come out to fix the leaks, but never finished the job. They guarantee a 10 year warranty but won't come back out to fix the damages. Our roof still leaks when it rains and every time we message them, they say they will come out, but never do and now they want to act like they don't know who we are and don't recall ever doing work for us. So I guess we will have to take legal actions upon them.Save yourself the headache, and just go with someone else. They are not reliable at all! Wish I could give less than 0. They replaced the roof of my den one year ago. They caused more damage due to incomplete work and the roof leaked with recent rain.. They told me I have a 5 year warranty but won't come back to fix. Do not use!!...And after seeing the reply below, of course, they never sent a message.

The absolute worst customer service! This company did a lousy job and when I began having issues, they DO NOT RESPOND and DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! They simply ignore calls, texts, email - they won't return and fix the mess they caused.Services: Install flooring, Repair flooring

My review is based on interaction or more so lack of interaction by this company after being stood up twice on different days!!! They Never came to give an estimate after two times on different days that he said he would go by! If this is how they would do the work and not be on time and responsive then I am looking elsewhere! I had to look for him and he never returned the call to set up a third time to meet and at this point no third time is needed. I want a company that is responsive and on time and if they say they will do something to actually do it. Very disappointingQuedo en ir una tarde para dar un presupuesto y nunca fue y no me llamo para decir que no podria. Despues de dias le volvia a mandar mensaje que si aun tenia tiempo de pasar y dijo si "disculpe paso hoy a las 3pm" Yo le dije claro ahi lo esperamos. Aunque la primera vez quedo mal le dariamos otra chanza porque a todos nos pase que olvidemos o nos ocupemos. No pues la segunda vez que se suponia que iria a las 3 me marca a las 2:45 que esta afuera y nadien abre la puerta. Le marco para atras despues de 3 minutos y le dije ahi va llegando mi hermana esta a la vuelta yo le dije a ella a las 3 y llego temprano el senor. Y me dijo oh esque ya me fue me estan esperando 6 muchachos por un material!!!! esto fue a las 2:50!!! Diez minutos antes que el tiempo que avias acordado ese mismo dia??? So el me dijo no deme el numero de su hermana quien es la que vive en mi casa puesto que yo vivo fuera del estado! Y yo le marco en media hora para acordad en un nuevo tiempo porque vivo cerka de la casa. (tercera vez) Y no ya ase un dia y nunca volvio a marcar el senor! Que falta de professionalismo si asi van aser el travajo y no llegar cuando dicen que haran las cosas. Pues no gracias prefiero contratar a otra compania.
