Heroes roofing did an excellent job replacing my entire roof. The owner is extremely professional and does a fantastic job keeping the customer informed during the entire process. The entire process was painless and the owner solely handled everything from dealing with the insurance to scheduling a post inspection with the city inspector. He provided me with 2 years of free maintenance and 10 years of warranty, which is unheard of. The roof installation was completed in one day and my home was returned to me in a clean condition. Great experience! From the moment I called for a quote for wind damage, Chris had made me feel appreciated. He and Damien came to the house and provided a reasonable quote for my repairs needed and even discovered another part of the roof that was previously installed improperly during the inspection. The work completed was professional, fast and even cleaned up afterwards (left no debris or trash). I was very satisfied with their services and will most definitely recommend them to all. I had this house going on 7 years now and during the horrible wind storm earlier this year I thought my roof could hold up, but that wasn't the case. My roof had blown off leaving the plywood exposed with more high winds to come. I didn't know where to turn to or who to call. Every company I called gave me the run around. I experienced a roof leak during the couple days of rain that we had. I tried calling a few companies and nobody would show up. I was referred to Heroes roofing by a close friend.
