They intimidated and bullied my 80 yr. old grandmother into getting paid over 22k and left the job unfinished.We recently worked with Integrity roofing and construction, working with Paul and the owner Jesse was one of the worst experiences we have had. I should have noticed the red flags when they would not give estimates, not taking notes or drawing anything out. I went with them because they were recommended by the insurance, and they had a project manager who I assumed would make a home remodel and reconstruction easy and painless. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They did horrible work, made changes to designs without talking to us first and then acted like it was our fault for not being at the house. For context we had to demolish two bathrooms, kitchen and fixed a laundry room. due to plumbing and foundation issues. We were told it would take 2 to 4 weeks. which I said were ok if it takes longer if the quality was there, but they took 4 months and ended up with them intimidating my 80 yr. old grandmother into paying the final 2500 without finishing the job, breaking a sink, not finishing paint touch ups, left scratches and chipped paint on kitchen cabinets, hollow tiles, dented my washer, didn’t put up a supporting beam under the kitchen counter and the list goes on. we paid 10k up front then they kept asking for additional payments… at 18k I told them no and we had to go over the contract which they were trying to get paid for jobs which my plumber did. At that time, we paid another two thousand so they could pay their guys. Paul the project manager was consistently unaware of what was going on and would not respond to messages for days at a time. I addressed the issue several times with him, and he would get emotional, defensive, and belligerent. We were looking at paying over 20k for this job and the owner Jesse said Well all of these problems are human error, and no one is going to notice he was rude and dismissive. They tried to use intimidation and bullying, and it eventually worked because my 80 yr. old grandmother was so scared they were going to take her house away because that’s what they told her several times. My suggestion is if you choose to work with these guys keep a close eye on them, follow up daily, and make sure to talk to the contractor vs Paul because he knew nothing. I had one major complaint several times about the paint, and they said it was all due to lighting. I told him it was not, and it needed to be changed at which point I asked for the receipt and Paul could not remember that he bought the paint. I ended up going to Sherwin Williams where they told me he took in a competitor’s paint tile and that will cause an issue with the paint, when I told Paul he belittled and dismissed me. I ended up buying the correct paint and hiring someone else to do the painting, which only cost me four hundred compared to the 1800 plus paint that they were trying to charge me. On top of this we spent about 5k on supplies and materials. Again, I would not have had a problem with it if the quality of work was worth it but it’s not. They never requested supplements from the insurance company and when I asked why not they said oh because they would be denied and when they did ask for supplements the insurance asked for more information and Jesse could not give them any information that made sense. To the point that the insurance called me and asked what was going on so I told them everything and they were upset and put in a complaint to remove them from the program so they would not be recommended any more. I have recordings of conversations as well as hundreds of photos and receipts from my plumber. I was not going to post this because I felt like it required a lot of negative energy and I just wanted to move on but if this can help at least one person then it is worth it. The one pic w/ the paint the pink paint on the left is the one I complained about the beige paint on the rt is the one I wanted. Pics w notes were done for contractors so they could fix issues Paul would not help with.

Spent a significant amount of money to get three roof leaks repaired on a tile roof. Solar panels made it even more difficult. Although Jesse tried to be helpful, only one leak was repaired. Integrity roofing was incapable of identifying and repairing the source of the other leaks. I had to identify the leak sources myself and hire someone else to repair. Cannot recommend these guys.

My roof was blown off during a wind storm. I had to file an insurance claim. This was my first experience with that. Jesse with Integrity Roofing was instrumental in making the process as painless as possible. He is professional, prompt, and patient. The work crew was also professional, courteous, and fast. I've owned several homes in El Paso, and I've had roof repairs before. This was my only good experience. I couldn't be happier.

Part of my roof had been ripped off from a wind storm and they were highly recommended so we took a chance and I am glad we did. Not only did they repair the damage done by the wind but they also repaired damage done by a previous company. They always kept us up to speed with everything that was being done step by step including pictures of the progress. They were always in contact with us and made us feel at ease. Our roof has never looked better. Highly recommend!!
