I had one of the greatest experiences working with iRGO Roofing. I highly recommend iRGO as they are very professional and consistent. From the sales manager Rob to the workers that included Irving, Joe, Will and Rudy. They were very professional and always on time to do the work and always made sure that there was a clean and safe work environment. To be honest, I was very impressed with the company and I do give my full recommendation to use this company as they always came through to ensure that we as the customer was happy. For example, there was a water leader that damaged some drywall and Rob. sent some workers who were also very professional respectful and clean and got the job done. I had roof damage and called ten different roofers who either didn't show up or never contacted me again but iRGO roofing immediately came out and kept in contact with me the entire time!!!! They finished the Job efficiently and in a timely manner. Though I had plenty of questions they were extremely knowledgeable and answered every single one. This company is a ripoff! FORCED to place 1 star for a rating to.post a review but they don't deserve even that! My sister paid over $2.5k &.they left her roof a hazard for everyone living in the home! All during Covid 19! Owner Gonzales & his employees have stopped answering calls and refuse to acknowledge their incompetence & deceptiveness. There are small children in the home and they don't care how they've endangered even small children who are in self-quarantine. Local news outlet should expose them and conduct investigative report on their deceptive business practices. Don't believe Face Book advertising by Wiliams. Its a scam supported by owner! County Attorney will be contacted.

Joe and his team were phenomenal!!! We had our roof replaced due to hail damage. Joe ensured that a thorough inspection was performed and a city inspector would review their findings.The roof replacement was completed with such PROFFESIONALISM and attention to detail. The team was respectful and cleaned up each day. We were briefed each morning and at the end of the day as to what was occurring with the installation. Any concerns or questions were addressed immediately. We LOVE OUR NEW ROOF! The experience was everything we could have hoped for. We HIGHLY recommend this LOCAL COMPANY !! Recently I had a contractor I found on the BBB site fail to complete the repairs on the inside of the house after receiving full payment for the work from my insurance along with refusing to refund the full amount. The living room and hall way were a mess for 3 months while I tried to get my money back. Unfortunately I am still waiting but I could not wait any longer on having the repairs done. Once again I reached out to the BBB and six companies received my request. iRGO Roofing was the only company to call me and Mr Gonzalez called and set an appointment. Mr Gonzalez personally took charge of giving me an estimate within the day and starting the work a week later. With three days his amazing crew repaired the damage the previous contractor had created and left my living room and hall way perfect. Mr Gonzalez even resealed cracks on the roof that the previous contractor refused to honor that supposedly was still under warranty. Mr Gonzalez went above and beyond what I expected after my previous experience with the other contractor. I am very grateful there are people like Mr Gonzalez running his business in such a professional manner and will not hesitate to call on his company to work on my house and strongly recommend him to anyone needing top quality work done on on their property. IRGO Roofing is the company that broke the string of bad service we’ve endured with other contractors. We had horrible tile work (aesthetically and functionally) done in both our bathrooms which were built by a company that mass produces homes here in El Paso. IRGO had to rip out everything and rebuild the bathrooms from the floors up. We are very happy with our new bathrooms, and the attention to detail given by IRGO was impressive. They were always on time, almost always answered calls (if they couldn’t answer, I would hear back from them shortly after), they answered every single one of our questions, they kept their worksite clean, and they were all very polite and respectful of our home. Irving, Mr. Pablo, Carmen, and Ramon worked excellently as a team, and were always quick to remedy any issue that came up. IRGO Roofing will be the company we contact for any future projects we may have.

I contacted iRGO for a roof inspection after another roofer stopped working with us. The other roofer was attempting to claim hail damage through our insurance, and the claim was denied. iRGO gave us an honest assessment of our roof and agreed there were issues that should be addressed, but could not corroborate what the other roofer was attempting to claim. iRGO completed the roof replacement within a reasonable amount of time and they also coordinated and managed repainting our stucco home and pouring a concrete pad in our back for another project we are working on. iRGO took time to listen to our budget and worked with us to get to our budget goal. Moreover, they kept us informed of any weather events that would affect the work schedule. We just so happened to get on the schedule during wind and rain events and even though the weather created delays, they were able to keep our expectations on the schedule for work within reasonable amount of time. Communication was key and all the reps of iRGO and work crews were conscious of keeping us up to date on the work status and completion times. Rob informed me that he emailed it to me, searched my emails in which I did not find; requested to be resent and I still have not received an estimate. I contacted Irgo for their good reviews but no such luck in my case.

Called Rob at IRGO about some leaks we were having, they were able to get out here inspect our roof and diagnose that we needed the entire roof replaced. I saw the IRGO commercial while watching the news at 9:00 pm & I dialed the number & hang up after first ring so that I could call back another day to get a quote but to my surprise I got a call from Damian from IRGO telling me he had received my call from night before and very politely asked me how he could assist me with. Because he took the time and initiative to call me back, I asked him if he could come to give me a quote. I had gotten several quotes & I got IRGO to replace my roof. IRGO provided the most outstanding customer service; they made my needs urgent & that's how it was handle with urgency. I literally cried when I saw the roof replaced; due to financial reasons it had taken me years to replace my roof but IRGO made it possible. The workers were very professional & IRGO also has followed up on their work to make sure I have no issues. I do recommend IRGO for roofing needs. I called to make an appointment for a quote. The appointment was for 04/13/2023 between 1:00-4:00 pm. The office called the day before to confirm the appointment. No one called or showed for the time period I had blocked. I called the office and the office states someone tried to call me several time and I would not answer. This is not true and I'm happy to provide my call logs. I lost time at work and got nowhere closer to have my issue resolved.
