I cannot express how thankful I am to this company. We had a pipe burst and got a another company to come out to remove the water and make the repairs. The other company removed the water and ghosted us on the repairs. My wife is 9 months pregnant and the pipe burst in the room we had fixed for our baby. We called Milliken on a Monday, Tuesday Mario came out, that afternoon our insurance received his report. The next day work started. My wife can pop any moment now and they were able to come in quickly and get everything done before the baby came. Thank you guys so much for the constant communication and commitment to getting this done for us. My family is beyond grateful. Thank you Johnny, Mario and the whole crew that came out.

The representative came promptly to assess the damage and make an estimate on the repairs needed. The insurance company approved the job. Milliken Construction Co sent a crew to complete the repairs. We found a very wet spot on our living room wall. Called Milliken and their Water Mitigation team came within a few hours. They quickly located the leak and turned off the water to start the demo of the wet wall. The team cleaned up behind themselves after the demo and left us with several large utility fans to dry out any remaining moisture. They were fast, kind, and explained everything during each phase of the water mitigation process. Top notch service!!!!!

The mitigation team did a great job removing and storing contents from three rooms allowing the reconstruction to begin. They were very efficient sworking with my wife to safeguard items that needed to be stored. Polite, respectful and efficient. They followed up several times to check on any additional needs.

Thank you Milliken Construction and Noel for a great job! Once my insurance claim was approved, Noel reached out to conduct an inital inspection of the damages and sent a couple of his techs to repair the immediate issue. Moreover, Noel was very helpful as he guided me throughout the repair process from start to finish. The repairs are seamless as if there weren't any damages at all. I would conduct business with Milliken Construction again and recommended their services.

Almost ten years ago, we contracted with Ted Milliken for a home remodel and upgrade. The workers were professional and neat, always cleaning as they worked. Forward nearly ten years later and, long story short, we noticed that the washing machine was leaking and, when moving it, noticed interior wall termite damage that appeared to be from a prior roofing issue. That was Sunday morning. By the time I called his office, he was already on his rounds of appointments, but I was able to coax into a five-minute stop at our home to see the damage, after which he departed making no promises. The very next day, Tuesday, two workers showed up early, began work and, by the end of the day, the door trim was replaced, the wall insulated, and the sheetrock was replaced and prepped for painting. On Wednesday morning, they returned bright and early, painted the wall, finished their cleanup, and departed before the new washer and dryer arrived for installation. Now that we have had the opportunity to work with Ted over the years, it’s nice to see the same level of professionalism and quality of work is being maintained. Furthermore, it’s gratifying to see that it is still possible to do business with just a handshake as a last-minute call was made, accepted, and fulfilled with no argument.

We were told our en-suite renovation would take approximately 1 month. It took 6 months. Materials were in place before the job started, so supply issues were not a problem. Every step of the way things were done poorly necessitating them to be redone, sometimes 3 times. At one point the bathroom had a leak causing some flooding on a weekend. We called their emergency number and other numbers, left messages, texts, etc. No one returned our calls, as the problem got worse. At one point during the renovation Ted Milliken called and said he would come out and check the workmanship, he never did. 6 months for a 1 month job.UPDATE: Nov. 12/22Thank you for resolving our problems, much appreciated.

We had flood damage to our upstairs master bathroom that leaked through to our guest bedroom underneath. We had a horrible experience with a company coordinated by our insurance company. That did not work out. we waited almost 4 months before work was going to start, when we were promised work would start in 2 weeks.We called our insurance company to stop using the current company. A good friend recommended Milliken. I gave the name to the insurance company and they approved them. In fact Milliken is a preferred contractor with our insurance company. After calling Milliken to set up an appointment, they were there the next day.Work was start within a week! They different sub-contractors they have are very professional, polite, on-time, and very detail oriented. They helped with every aspect of our repair and remodel. Their pricing is very good and they work with you with payments and insurance adjustments. I am currently deployed. My wife submitted a claim through insurance for roof leak. They were quick to get there and install equipment to dry out. Failed to come on follow up appointment to check if walls were damp but failed to show up through the weekend. Even though they didn’t show up they are attempting to charge me for their equipment being left at my home through the weekend. After a couple of weeks of attempting to call from Iraq and voiced my concerns, I was finally able to talk to someone that said they would make adjustments and submit an updated invoice. Over two weeks later I have yet to receive an updated invoice nor have I been able to reach the person I spoke with. Hopefully when I get back from my deployment I don’t see my credit impacted from their erroneous charges!

Milliken Construction has recently completed two projects for us. First, they updated our kitchen countertops and backsplash, and also repaired drywall. The materials used were of excellent quality. The men completing the work were professional and timely. Second, they rebuilt our pergola which had collapsed under the heavy winds. The craftsmanship is beyond compare. Upon my request, the plan for the pergola was revised to accommodate changes we wanted to be done. These changes were implemented quickly and professionally. My water heater erupted at my residence causing my carpet and many of my household items to get damaged. I’m insured with State Farm and they highly recommended me to call Millikan Construction for water restoration services. Josh and Bryan came in and did an amazing job and the customer service they provided made everything so much easier during this difficult process. They left me drying equipment which was a big help overall this whole situation went a lot smoother with their services and I highly recommend them.
