I needed a roof replaced on my house and Mr Anaya responded quickly with a quote. I found him to be very knowledgeable with city permits, roofing materials, gutters, flashing, turbines and eaves. He provided colors for both the shingles and flashing that allows for heat reflection in the El Paso area. Reliable, professional, friendly customer service still exists! I was concerned when I needed to have my roof repaired as to who I could trust to do the job. From the moment I called Noah's Roofing, my anxiety went away. When I initially called, I got a message stating they were out of town for training and the date they would return (about a week away). I left a message and did not expect to hear back until they were back in the office. Instead, I received a call back the same day! The woman who called was friendly and was able to schedule a time for someone to come out in less than one week. After I hung up, I received an email confirming my appointment and time. Noah's showed up right on time on the day they were scheduled. After looking at my roof, they spoke with me about my options. Within 2 days they provided me two different quotes comparing my options by email. I had received a different quote from another company, and Noah's was less expensive and a warranty twice as long. They also don't ask for money up front so I didn't have to worry about someone taking my money and not showing up to finish or even start the job. Even though the quote was very detailed, I had a couple of questions. When I called, the woman who answered the phone offered to help me with my questions. When she was unable to answer them, she transferred me immediately. All my questions were answered professionally and I never felt that they were inconvenienced or that my questions were dumb. Being late in the season, weather was a concern and they came out the day after I agreed to the work and made sure to get the entire job finished before the temperatures got too cold or it rained again. The job took 2 days to complete. Each time they were at my house when they said they would be. They were considerate of my property and made sure not to leave any mess. They installed a brand new roof on my building. The quality and workmanship is excellent. I could not be happier. The owner took the time to explain the work and meticulously inspected my roof before, during, and after the job to ensure it met his standards.I could tell he cared about his workmanship, which I felt was very impressive. I can’t say the same for a lot of other companies I’ve contracted with in the past. But, I CAN say that about this one. I definitely recommend this company.

I can't begin to say enough good things about these guys. They were very thorough and did everything correctly and to high standards. I am a contractor myself so I know what to look for. Well, first of all, when I drove up, I noticed that all I saw was a new roof...No mess, they were very clean and neat. My house looked like a new home. If I didn't know they'd been there I wouldn't have even known any work had been done. I also got up on the roof and inspected. Perfect job! All stacks painted, nothing overlooked. Again, these guys are awesome, punctual, and do good quality work. No details left out. Great roofer!

Noah's Roofing is a company based on integrity and high work ethic. I called them and they came within a day, and provided an honest assessment on my roof. I plan to use them for all my roofing needs going forward, and as a property investor, I'll have plenty of use for them. Kudos.

One of the worst roofing company's in el paso not only did they take 3 months to finish the job that should have took only 2 weeks. They were very dishonest and untrustworthy. On multiple occasions they didn't show up at all to finish working so our house was leaking the whole time they decided to lie to us. One of the workers was very rude and made promises that were not up held because it was not on the contract. Please no one make the same mistake and hire these guys to fix your roof.

The manager shows up in full roofing gear, impresive! But that's it. He never sees the roof or checks the work when finished. He slides a contract disguising it as an "authorization" to deal with the insurance. Do not sign any contract, because it states that Noah's (that is Fernando) will be entitled to keep ALL funds, even those that may be yours for improvements done on your roof. His subcontractors (the ones doing the job) are very good, but Fernando is a salesman NOT a roofer. If you must be dealing with him, just watch your pocket.
