After living in our house for over a year finally got around to getting our goat head filled dirt lot (yard) done! Thank you Old West El Paso Construction for such an amazing job! Had no idea what I wanted to do just knew I wanted real grass for the doggos and kiddos, and they did not disappoint! They got it done in a timely manner and always kept me in the loop! They also noticed my Swiss cheese rock wall and we were able to get that patched up as well! Again thank you for the amazing work, would 100% recommend.

Javier and his crew came out for a massive sprinkler installation on our property. Javier is so kind, his crew was very fast and efficient and they completed the job sooner than we expected. We were very pleased with the work and the price. Our new puppies dug up the drip line a few days after the install, when he found out, he came back the next week with a different solution and repaired it without charging us. He's a great man with a great crew. We would recommend him for all of your landscape or irrigation needs!

Javier and his team blew it out of the water. We originally told him we wanted turf when he came to give us a quote. I told him I wanted my kids playing on it ect and explained what it would be used for. He was very honest and told me that he believed sod would be a better fit for our family, even though he knew that would mean less money. I knew from that day, we wanted to work with him. He installed an irrigation system, sod, various types of rocks and his team even installed a beautiful rod iron fence that we saw them weld together. Great work and 1000% recommend. Javier and his crew removed all the old cement from the rockwall around my whole property. They replaced it with a polymer/cement mixture and made it look like new. They repaired concrete flaws on front and side of the house. They did an awesome job replacing/repairing all sprinkler heads in backyard and they all work great. They are reasonably priced and I would 100% recommend them!

I was told about Old West construction by a friend who now manages the Win Supply on the east side of El Paso, he had high praise for him. I had been having trouble even getting any landscapers to answer my calls, so to finally have a reference to a guy like Javier was really great. He is very busy, and for good reason. He and his crew are very prompt and professional... which seems to be the exception rather than the rule nowadays. I am thrilled with the quality of work, and even though he doesn't know it yet I will be hitting him up for more projects sooner rather than later. If you take the time to call Javier out to quote or discuss a project you will see for yourself why he is so highly rated.

Javier and his crew went above and beyond our expectations when it came to our backyard project they recently finished. My wife and I have received quotes from other landscapers, and most of them would offer a great price but would say yes to everything we wanted. Still, Javier was the only one who provided recommendations against most of our ideas because they were either impractical or not realistically feasible. He also gave us additional recommendations on what will last in the long run and would discuss his execution plan. One of my concerns with this project was that I wanted to maintain the drainage slope consistent with what had already been engineered for our home, and he assured us that his work would follow the original drainage pattern. Javier also offered an incredible warranty of his work for our project! We initially didn't consider Javier when we started this endeavor with our first version of what we wanted. When my wife and I began to make changes to our plan, Javier did not delay getting back to us with updated quotes and his plan.Our backyard looks amazing after several flash flood watches, warnings, and what appears to be the rainiest week over the past three years! Naturally, the grass area was flooded, which I'm sure didn't mind; however, the water never reached our patio. We could not be more delighted with our backyard project done by old El Paso construction. Xavier and his crew did a fantastic job in transforming our ugly horrible grass backyard that was not graded properly and had draining into a virtual paradise with a beautiful cement, patio, beautiful rockery and gorgeous plants that is now our paradise.. Everyone was so considerate, so nice and so professional. I highly recommend this team if you want a beautiful professional job that will bring you years of enjoyment you will not be disappointed by these fellows. Javier and his team went above and beyond on the job that they did for us here in Las Cruces. From the start when we asked for a quote Javier was responsive and timely. Javier stayed in constant communication and updated us along the way with any changes. It is hard to find anyone who will come out and give you a quote, let alone someone who is honest and kind. Javier and his team raised our existing rock walls and created an extra wall in between our house and our neighbors house to keep rock from sliding to our neighbor's yard. They even helped us out by filling some holes from our existing wall and replacing the metal pole for our gate. Now our doggies are safely contained! This company installed sod and a sprinkler system in my yard and we are 100% satisfied with the results. A few times since the installation, they've even helped me troubleshoot the sprinkler system, which would not function due to an issue with my home, NOT THEIR installation, but each time they were prompt in their response and got me up and running AND continued to check-in in the following weeks to make sure the lawn was ok. He installed a pergola for us and did the backyard in concrete, along with grading to keep it from flooding the backroom anymore. Turns out the whole roof was rotted through from previous owners. Javier took the roof down to its decking, installed all new vent caps and a bitumen roof, and included the small room we added on earlier. He then made sure we had a written record of everything. Old West El Paso Contractors are top notch. I have used them for two moderately large jobs and rate them by far the best contractors i have used in all my 40 years of hiring outside contractors. The first job was repairing a rock retaining wall and the work is outstanding with no issues after 2 years. The second job was a large concrete job approximately 14 by 30 feet with a raised section for a 8 by 15 storage shed and a corner drain. The work again was without question the best I have experienced in my 40 years hiring outside contractors. They are very professional, do an excellent job of cleaning up each day and at the end of the job, and are very reasonably priced. As first time home buyers, I was not sure what we were getting into and who to trust with our yard. I found Javier's company through Facebook and contacted him. He was very patient with all the questions I had about laying grass in our backyard. He and his employees showed up on time, professionalism and did a great job in our backyard.
