After seeing the great work they completed on our backyard patio addition, we contracted Pioneer Roofing and Construction to fix a remodel we started with another company for our Master bathroom. The other contractor was not working to code, the tile was not flush and they did not even seal the shower pan. It was starting to look atrocious. Two weeks from Thanksgiving and our family traveling to visit, Alfredo’s team quickly, yet meticulously fixed all of the errors from the previous contractor, and finished the job beautifully. His team was professional, conscientious and very clean. I think the pictures speak for themselves! We hired Pioneer Roofing and Construction to build a patio roof in our backyard and we are absolutely thrilled with the wonderful work they completed! From the moment we met Alfredo, we knew that his company was who we wanted to hire. He is honest, professional, and the quality of his work is outstanding.Throughout the entire process, his crew was always on time, always polite, and they always cleaned everything up before they finished each day. Sorry for over sharing, but, I had been going through turmoil with my roof and insurance company for quite some time. My roof had been replaced in 2016. Not good workmanship. Having had patch work done on my roof after 2016, it continued to leak. Insurance finally came through for a full roof replacement, as well as the damage to the inside ceiling to be repaired again.I did a lot of research on roofing companies in El Paso. Made a lot of calls, some didn't show up, one showed up and tried to sell me solar panels, when I said no, didn't hear from them again. These were companies on the BBB site. It was frustrating. Make sure you do yourdue diligence. I Wanted to make sure that I didn't have the same problem as before. Mr. Armendariz, Owner, very smiley, personable, and thorough; came out, checked things out, provided an estimate, absolutely beyond reasonable, which I didn't expect.(honestly, raise your prices) I decided to go with Pioneer Roofing and I'm completely satisfied. I am so appreciative of Hilda for putting up with my endless text messages, thanks again Hilda. The young men that worked hard everyday on my roof. The men that fixed the inside ceiling in record time, like 3 hrs. Talk about efficient. I feel so grateful for everything, I broke down crying, feeling stress free, finally being able to put this headache behind me. I would definitely recommend Pioneer for any roofing needs you might have. You won't be disappointed.Thanks again.

I hired them to fill in my sunken livingroom and to put in new floors from my dining room through my livingroom and down my hallway. They painted throughout those rooms and changed all the fixtures. In the living room they redid my chimney. They were hard working and always on time. I couldn't be happier! I am hiring them to remodel my kitchen in the spring!! Great guys!! We highly recommend PioneerConstruction. They replaced the shingles on our house and detached garage. At the same time, they attached a carport to the side of our house.Alfredo Armendariz went above and beyond what we expected from a contractor. Even though several neighbors, on our block, were getting new roof because of hail damage, we were having problems getting our insurance company to approve our claim for hail damage. Alfredo spent a couple of hours walking through a second inspection with the inspector and claims adjuster. His knowledge and skills were important factors in our claim being approved.Alfredo was extremely easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would and the one time he didn't make it, he texted early to let us know. We are very pleased with the workmanship of new carport and roof. Even the city inspector commented on the quality of the work!When the work was finished, Alfredo made sure that we were pleased with everything and that are yard was completely cleaned up.
