February winds tore into my shingle roof, and forecasts for additional wind storms weren't promising. I called Professional Roofers, spoke to Jerry Ortega, and had an inspection and quote onvthe same day.. Jerry made the process easy, recommended a couple of simple upgrades, started construction on Monday and completed the work on Tuesday. The crew made the job painless and cleanup easy. The new roof looks teriffic.

I highly recommend Professional Contractors, LLC. They recently completed a total re-decking and roofing within a week on over 2100 square feet. I was kept informed each step with photos, cleaned up each day, and on time each day with a complete skilled crew. Jerry Ortega worked with my insurance adjuster and the city building inspector (USAA requirement for redecking). Over the past 40+ years I have had two other roofs installed. The last one was only seven years ago by my insurance carrier's recommended "preferred" contractor. Rot, unmet roofing standards and shoddy workmanship was exposed. I called this business to ask about getting a repair estimate for my roof due to wind damage. I spoke with Jerry and he told me he would be able to go that day and he would send me the estimate through email. He did just that! I didn't respond back for about a week but when I did, I asked when he could start and he told me he had a crew who could get the job done that same day. He send me pictures of before and after the roof repair and the work was done perfectly. He was very professional and his responses were quick. He also communicated with me through email. I really appreciated that because it's hard for me to talk on the phone while I'm at work and I also have some issues hearing on the phone. We would highly recommend Professional Roofers! Mr. Ortega was the only one out of several roofers and an insurance adjuster that recognized a manufacturing defect in the shingles. He helped us with filing the warranty claim against the manufacturer and navigating through the entire process. The claim was honored and we now have a new roof. Everyone on the team did a great job and was respectful of our home. Awesome workmanship!

Contacted Professional Roofers to have some substandard work (done by One Stop Roofers when they replaced my roof four months ago) corrected. Needed the work done quickly as closing on our house depended on it. Spoke with Jerry on a Wednesday and he had his crew there Saturday morning. Provided before/after pics and were extremely professional and customer friendly. My only regret is that I didn't hire them to do the entire roof replacement!

I was referred to Professional Roofers by a client of theirs, and calling Mr. Ortega was the best thing I could have done to get my roof in order. The winds in Chaparral get really bad, and I kept putting off the damage that had been done. Mr. Ortega came out, checked it out, explained what needed to be done in a way my husband and I understood and we had our beautiful new roof in a week!!! Now, we are ready for wind, rain, anything. Mr. Ortega and his workers are polite, on track and efficient. Will recommend them to all my family and friends.

OMG - they are terrific. I called because of their reviews. I left a message on their website. It was Easter Weekend. The first thing Monday morning, they called me. He came out almost immediately, the time when they said they would. I thought the repair was going to be like $750 and when he quoted $250, I was amazed and said let's do it. He said he would be back Wednesday and they were! They could have said more was wrong, etc. I was deseparte and they did not take advantage me. Truly an honest and trustworthy roofer. Sooo nice, soooo professional, integrity and trusthworth are good adjectives....but even better they do damn good work. Excuse my language but they do.
