Overall I am exceptionally pleased with the job Rhino roofing did and really appreciated their professionalism and ability to jump from what was supposed to be a shingle replacement to a much larger job. The roof looks fantastic. The inside looks fantastic and I cannot recommend Rhino Roofing enough. They are awesome!!!Rhino roofing did an amazing job on my roof. The job ended up a lot bigger than was originally planned, but the team worked quickly and efficiently to get everything done before Christmas. It unfortunately did rain before the shingles were on, but they got everything covered and the house was secure from the rain except the add-on room, which is completely flat topped. Rhino roofing covered everything the best they could and while I did have a little bit of leaking in that one room, that’s because the builder made that part of the roof flat. The fact that I only had a little bit of leaking when there was basically a swimming pool on top of that part of the roof is a testament to how well covered and protected from the rain the team did. Plus, as soon as the roof was on, they got a drywall specialist in and he was super careful and diligent to make sure the texture and color all matched. You can’t even tell where the drywall repair was done. It’s seamless. Really fantastic and professional work by Thino Roofing

Juan explained what needed to be done in detail, provided me with options, and patiently answered my many questions. He went above and beyond to make sure my home was protected until the roof was completed. They cleaned up daily and did a very thorough cleaning when they were finished. Juan from Rhino was always professional and so were his workers. Unlike other businesses in the industry he always showed up when he said he was going to show up. Although I was a bit late on the payments to him, he was patient and understanding. Job was done as explained with no shortcuts.

I discovered shingles blown onto my backyard from this past weekends high winds. Juan/Owner arrived promptly to inspect my roof and explained in detail the best option for the repair. The work was done two days before the actual set date and completed within an hour or so. I received before/after photos were provided to show the damage and completed work. Rhino and Juan are excellent. Very knowledgeable, explained every step of replacing my roof. Got permits, inspections, extremely helpful with our insurance, and documentation. They came early and stayed late as needed to finish. Very clean, picked up daily, brought their own haul off for trash. Showed up when they said they would. I would only use them going forward and have recommended to everyone I know that needed roof repairs or replacement from the recent storms and wind. They also went the extra mile to make sure that areas of the roof that needed more detailed fixing didn't just get ignored or patched but were fixed properly to prevent any future issues. From the previous snow storm when the snow began melting, I had a terrible leak. I called Rhino roofing and spoke to Juan, he immediately came out and gave the roof a thorough inspection.Juan and his team arrived the next morning and worked many long and hard days on repairing not only that spot but many other areas that were incorrect. They repaired my roof to last at least 10 more years.I liked the fact tha Juan was always present and if he left he always returned.
