Roger Romero Roofing did a superb and professional job installing my new roof. I had this roofing company install a new roof 16 years ago after hail damage - they did a great job back then. When I had hail damage a couple of weeks ago, I called on them again. Roger Romero, the owner, takes you through the entire estimate, working with your insurance company/adjusters, and explains in detail what he and his crew will do. He was here each day during the installation. They take their time, doing a professional job, and also do a thorough clean up at the end of each work day. The Romero Roofing company is the company to go to if you need a new roof - very dependable. I will continue to recommend and use Roger Romero Roofing in the future.

I would highly recommend Roger Romero Roofing. About 5 years ago, a hailstorm damaged our roof, and I worked with Roger to completely replace the roof. The roof installation was perfect and we never had any issues. Last year, another hailstorm damaged our roof, and the first person I called was Roger. Roger quickly came out and inspected the roof, worked with our insurance company to finalize our claim, and scheduled the roof replacement. Roger and his team showed up everyday right on time, worked very efficiently, and had our roof replaced in just over 2 days.I was impressed by Roger Romero Roofing during our first experience working with them, but I'm even more impressed after working with them a second time. Services: Changed roof. Acted as contractor for other major repairs after mold remediation (he doesn't do mold remediation himself): wall repairs, painting, floor installation, recondition of kitchen cabinets, replacing kitchen counter, plumbing, major appliance installation. SOme other details around the house.MR. Romero is not only a terrific professional contractor, but most importantly, he is an honorable man. I live overseas and after a major problem with mold in my house, I had to leave all repairs to Mr. Romero,; he not only communicated with me daily to thoroughly inform me of the progress, but he "fought" some battles for me in my absence. There are not enough words to thank him for his professionalism and for going "beyond the call of duty". MR. Romero cares for his reputation and for his clients and this truly reflects on the results of his work. Excellent. His cost as very comparable to other contractors and roofers. About the roof change, he not only did a very professional job in my house but on other occasions, he has also work with my neighbors' roofs with the same positive results. In my case, after the initial payment from my insurance company, Mr. Romero communicated (with my authorization) with them and was able to get a fair compensation from them, beyond what they had originally offer to pay, and this extra from the insurance DID NOT alter Mr. Romero's initial budget.

Great roofing company. Delt with some crazy ones in the past. This is one you can rely on. The cost of the roof was a Great price!!! Mr Romero and his workers did an excellent job. He even showed me and fixed an area where the previous roofers damaged an area and just covered It up.. It was done right and finished before the estimated time. I recommend this company.

The worst roofing company I have seen in all my years of renovation. They are unprofessional, treat the employees poorly (a poorly treated worker usually does poor work), very hard to get ahold of, and when I did finally reach someone for an estimate, he told me I would have to call back when he is in the office. When I finally tracked them down for an estimate, they were rude and said I would have to find another company because that roof would be too much work for them.....ok?? So I did call another company AAAA contractors who I will continue to work with. Don't waste your time or money on Roger Romero roofing.

Unprofessional contractor! Repaired my roof less than a year ago and it is leaking in several places. He won’t return my calls for repair request. Warranty in effect but he won’t comply. Don’t waste your money with this company. Another phony contractor giving El Paso a bad reputation!
