Alan worked with me to get a roof repaired that was previously worked on. The process was smooth and handled the insurance company issues. He negotiated with our adjuster to get the best for our buck and we didn't have to stress. The work was clean and he was available for any questions or concerns!!

Alan, was amazing. My insurance would only approve me for a repair but Alan got out of his way and actually fought for me and when I saw fought I mean he went back and forth to explain that I needed a WHOLE replacement providing proof and code enforcement that showed my shingles weren't good enough. Finally I was approved for a full roof replacement and he kept me updated through out the whole process. I would 100% recommend to anyone. His company is honest and values their customers.

Alan was amazing helping get my roof fixed. I was in the process of getting solar panels. The Solar Company said they sent someone to inspect my roof and measure. Turns out they only measure. They don't care to check for damage or anything that my cause issues after the panels are installed. Luckily I noticed myself. Alan came saw the issues I was having and I got my roof fixed before the solar panels even got delivered and it looks amazing!!

Very honest company. I thought I needed a new roof, they came in and found that I only needed a repair. The work was done, and I have not had an issue since. The owner periodically contacts me to ensure the work held up. I would recommend them if you want honest reliable work.

We had pretty bad damage on our roof, and leaks into our home from hail storms and crazy El Paso winds. Star City came and helped us get the right documentation to our insurance company. They did an amazing job on our roof! They even followed up months later to make sure we were still happy and all was well with the work that was done. Highly recommend them!

Blown away! (Literally) I had wind damage and I went with Star City Roofing and I'm glad I did. My insurance tried to cheap out and call for a repair job instead of a replacment, and costing just under my deductible conveniently. Allen fought hard after the inspector tried to dodge doing the right thing. He took photos, statefarm Insurance policies and his knowledge to qualify me for a full replacment roof. I could not of been more impressed as all of the work was handled by Allen to the inspector and gave me peace of mind and updates throughout the process without having do much of anything. Thank you Allen for your outstanding customer service and the quality work your team provided.
